PEScience Select Low Carb Protein Powder, Gourmet Vanilla, 5 Serving, Keto Friendly and Gluten Free

I needed a combination whey and casein protein powder for a new Ninja Creami recipe I wanted to try. After some research, I settled on PEScience Select Protein Powder. I was curious to see whether, as the recipe promised, a blend of whey and casein would work better than either protein alone. My understanding is that the casein provides a rich, creamy mouthfeel, while the whey balances that density by adding a lighter, soft-serve-like texture. This protein powder came highly recommended for its flavor, protein content, and reasonable calorie count. It mixes well with both almond milk and Fairlife 0% Fat Milk, and it made some very tasty high-protein, low-calorie ice cream. The texture was definitely superior to the whey-only protein powders I've tried. I also appreciated being able to purchase a 5-serving package before committing to a large container. Many brands offer single-serving samples, but they tend to be more expensive per serving, and one serving isn't always enough to thoroughly evaluate a product. PEScience is the only brand I've found that offers these 5-serving trial sizes, providing a better value and plenty of powder for experimenting with different recipes. I can already tell this one is a keeper. My next purchase of PEScience Vanilla will be a full-size container.

This is great for baking! Flavor is pretty good.

Very good!!! Perfect for protein bowls! 🤗🤤👍🏼 It has a subtle vanilla custard creamy sweetness, and thicker consistency, much like that of frozen yogurt out of the machine. 🍦😋 No bloating or gassy feeling after eating. Definitely recommend!

So far the best tasting protein powder mix I’ve ever tasted. And it doesn’t have that bitter taste when adding fruit and blending it !

Good- tastes more like a cake batter than vanilla to me though
