Trixie Ceramic Cat Bowl, 13 cm

Ordered two of these bowls, one was smashed to pieces in the box even though it seemed packed securely. The other bowl is very nice so I will be requesting a replacement

Nice & sturdy.Sides high enough to keep food contained (just - if your cat's a sloppy eater like mine on a high-liquid food); but low enough to be tolerated by sensitive whiskers (my cat used to take her food out of her previous higher-sided bowl & drop it on the feeding mat to eat).These are easy to clean, far more hygienic than plastic, and surprisingly attractive;(not to mention inexpensive).You could easily use these as small serving dishes for dips, sweets, etc.- just don't let anyone look at the underside (and if they do, hope that they're not familiar with the Trixie brand).I bought 6, thinking that I could use 3, & save the others against potential breakage. None have broken so far (5 months on), but with rotation (& often a change of bowl during the day), am using all 6 regularly.

I like these bowls because they are very easy to clean and better shape than any others I have tried so far. Sadly, they don't last long - they chip and break very easily and I had to throw away quite a few of them over the last 5 years of having a cat. I almost never break any other dishes but these Trixie cat bowls somehow always end up chipped.

Great bowls, very good value. I took off 1 star because they are so smooth they don't stack well in the cupboard, if you stack all 4 they won't stand straight and if you stack with other bowls, the tower will topple over, maybe break if you're not careful!

I have recently set up a hedgehog feeding station and these bowls were just perfect as feed and water bowls. They are a perfect size and easy to clean, hedgehogs seem to like them as they are empty every morning. Unfortunately the price has almost doubled since I bought mine just a few weeks a go.

I bought these for my 4 cats as a replacement to the plastic ones they originally had. Knowing that plastic bowls can cause infections and acne on some cat's chins I decided to replace the ones we had for these new ceramic ones. Great value for a pack of 4 and perfect for my fur kids. Arrived quickly and well packed. Perfect size for cats or small dogs and very easy to clean.
