15.6" OLED

I have been using this for about 2 months now. It has a lot of good qualities. It is very portable and light! I hardly felt it in my backpack as it weighs less than a paper backed book. Another good quality is the resolution and the picture. I use it all the time to game, play videos, edit photos, among tons of other things. It does have a few draw backs. The first one is that you have to use both the power cord and the video cord in order to get a brighter screen. It stinks, but I understand why I need it, it’s slim with amazing portability. Second, I did have to adjust the colors a tad as they weren’t quite right for photo editing. It needed some tweaking, but I’ve had to do it to every monitor I’ve had so far. It’s an amazing monitor and I would get it again if I had to make the choice again.

Let's cut to the chase. This thing is pretty but there are 2 things to know that will make you go, oh yeah it's OLED and this was a great deal. 1) YOU MUST PLUG IN POWER! It is capped at 20% unless you give it more power. Plugging the USB- C to A into the laptop with a USB-C to USB-C worked. Crank it to 100% and then complain. I dare ya! 2) If you use HDMI you must send the FULL COLOR data. It's in the NVIDIA configurator thingy. Just look under displays and change it to FULL! Hit that 12-bit color. Then watch those OLED LG Demo's that Costco uses... It's on you tube.. yeah it's OLED isn't it. I will update this later. Currently I have an issues where using the supplied mini HDMI to HDMI cable causes the screen to blank. I will update this review with the resolution. Even if I have to buy one, I am still 99% Satisfied with my purchase. *PS* Don't use in direct sunlight. It's very glossy. It helps make the colors pop but at a cost.

I was in the market for a portable display for gaming, so I tried several options at several price points. I narrowed it down to two, this one or a 17in 4K LCD screen. The resolution and size of the LCD was good, but the picture quality of this OLED just blew it out of the water, with it's rich color and black levels. Even though it was noticably lower in resolution than 4K, picture quality mattered more than pixel count. The response time on the OLED is also great for gaming. The sound isn't the best, but it gets the job done, and the stand is a little finicky and only offers one angle (which matters less since OLEDs have wide viewing angles), and it requires mini HDMI which requires a special cable or adapter, but besides that I was very happy with it. There is one issue that came up a few months ago, the mini HDMI port is going out. Any movement near the cable will cut the image out, and I'll have to fiddle with it to get it back. Very disappointing since it otherwise is a great screen at a good price. To test if it was the cable, I bought a new one, and the issue remains, so I can say for a fact that it's the HDMI port. I'm unsure how much longer it's going to hold up before it dies completely, and one year doesn't seem like it's worth the cost.

Overall this monitor meets all my expectations. The color and brightness of the screen meet expectations for OLED, on par with mid-high range smartphones. Although DO change your NVIDIA or graphics settings to get true-black when using HDMI. A calibration report for this monitor is included in the package FYI. I don't have a colorimeter to verify it but it's certainly be good enough for 99.9% people who don't calibrate color periodically. The front is covered by a full-lamination glass which is good for color and brightness and is less likely to break under pressure. It's very reflective so you should either use it indoor or get a anti-reflective protector. The build quality is okay from the first look. The back is aluminum and the connectors and buttons seem solid. The OSD software is functional but not very fancy. The attached case folds up to stand and it CAN'T stand portrait so get another stand if you want use it in portrait mode.

This was a brand new purchase for me on March 25, 2024. As an individual with a vision impairment, I needed a portable external monitor for my occasional business trips. Back in December 2023, I conducted extensive research on multiple home office monitors, testing the following: - Apple Studio Display - BenQ PD3220U Thunderbolt 3 Monitor for Macbook 32" 4K UHD - ASUS ProArt Display 32” 4K HDR Computer Monitor (PA32UCR-K) - INNOCN 32" OLED 4K Computer Monitor What I found was that the INNOCN had the best display quality, and I have been very satisfied with this investment. Since I had such a positive experience with INNOCN, I decided to purchase my portable monitor from them as well. I found the screen quality to be very good for a portable monitor, and it came with a semi-soft cover that converted into a stand when in use. I also liked that my Macbook Pro could charge it via USB-C, so I only needed one extra cable. Over the last two months, I had four trips where it worked great, but this past Tuesday, I had another business trip. Unfortunately, when I arrived at my meeting, I discovered that the monitor had a crack in the middle and no longer powered on. I had this in my laptop bag with my Macbook and iPad and didn't do anything special other than the normal travel routine. I am confident that I take extra care to keep my electronics safe. Since this was just a secondary, relatively inexpensive monitor, I didn't get any additional protection. My mistake, but after only two months and three uses? This monitor purchase was a mistake. The glass on this is unexpectedly very fragile for the modern mobile workforce. Be warned.

Right out of the box, this portable monitor has beautiful colors and great brightness! The stand is really cool as well! I am using this monitor as a temporary second screen for my pc, or for a switch/ps5. In all cases it has worked perfectly, via USB c or hdmi. I use it at about 15 percent brightness settings, and power it through the USB c power slot. I tested how my Samsung s21 ultra would connect and it was able to power the screen on for usage. I am very glad I purchased this monitor. Oled is the way to go!

Update: it turns out that when I use battery saver mode, it creates conflicts with the monitor. Because it has charge pass through from the secondary power unit, and I use a 256wh (256,000mah) battery bank, I just turn off the battery saver and it all works splendidly well. And because VLC on android has audio delay I can connect a Bluetooth speaker and groups of people gather during down times to watch movies. Loving this as a relatively inexpensive backpack monitor. I bought this as a means to watch videos and peruse the internet whilst on break at work. And to that end, this monitor has been pretty fantastic. The OLED screen has been exceptionally beautiful when hooked up to either my phone or Steam Deck. However, I'd be remiss not to mention that recently the monitor seems to lose connection with my phone. Now, to be clear, I'm using the proper provided cable and am not even touching the phone or monitor when it loses connection. Why is this happening? I'm not sure. I'd like to try a more robust cable before writing the whole thing off; but I can't watch ten minutes of YouTube without being disconnected at least three times. Besides that, it has been a fantastic addition to my work bag. If I figure out the connection issue, I'll be sure to update this review with a higher score.

Went with the 1080p resolution and was not disappointed, the screen is beautiful and a worthy addition next to my OLED LG (it even sometimes looks better.) If I could give feedback for future versions I'd love to see the bezels a little thinner as it does have that thick black chin and with their silver logo it can be a bit annoying to look at but this doesn't effect the score. A brilliant purchase and I'm excited to see Innocn be this competitive with this quality as I had never heard of them before.

Bought this for my steam deck. The screen looks nice but is lacking in brightness (400 nits) i expected this since it was clearing written on the spec sheet. My only problem with this screen is the viewing angles. I bought an oled for the deep blacks but if you are slightly off angle the blacks look more grey. Other than that the build quality is great and i love the included cover. If you use this indoors, brightness is not a problem and the viewing angles i can live with. Overall a high quality display
