I am a woodwork hobbyist, also a keen gardener. Both have potentials for causing skin damage, which I wanted to avoid as I am also a musician, and my wife has nice soft skin, which I wish to caress from time to time :-). The price is high compared with many other brands of gardening gloves, however, having bought and tried a pair, I find them to be an excellent product for the follow reasons. The shape fits my hands very well, with enough "stretchy-ness" to accommodate variations in finger size. The material is soft, and slightly rubbery, which allows easy grip of small screws and tools, and gives some sensitivity. After hearing them for a a couple of hours, my skin remained dry, and did not feel sweaty. Full marks for comfort and practicality. However, I have two smalls niggles. When I first put them on they feel cold, and it takes about 30 minutes to warm up to "body temperature". I'll explore ways of pre-use warming. The other is that they do, obviously, get dirty, and I'm not sure how best to clean them.That said, they are the best gardening / DIY gloves I've ever owned. Yes, I would buy another pair. Yes, I would recommend them to a friend.
