Worth the money.
Its a good product for the price. Lacks an indicator/indication when it is ON. When it is turned off there is a small sound. Overall functional if you/your parents are comfortable to use it.

The hearing aid I bought through you is not working well and it makes a noise when turned on, the disturbing sound make near by people annoying as well as me,so I request to you to replace it to another good one ( I have been using this model hearing aid (Siemens lotus P 12) more than 20 years,.. kindly replace it.

I observed the "open here" seal of the actual box ...
I observed the "open here" seal of the actual box that contains equipment is missing.How is it guaranteed that it was not tampered with??. I do not see any stamp/sign on the warranty card as well, even to think that the box was opened to stamp the warranty. There is a bar code sticker on the warranty card, not sure if it comes with the product, or that itself is warranty stamp.No dates written on it though

Premature failure of Siemens hearing aid
Product stopped working and makes huge noise. Reputed companies also not bothered about product quality and customer satisfaction. This is my second hearing aid which failed. No service centres available to get defect rectified.

Device is working properly and my fater is satisfied with the working of the device. Good sound hearing quality with no external noise. Device is so compact and easily hide behind the ears.

A great deal, i grabbed
A great deal! My mom is using the same machine for last 6 years, and now she needed to change it. Got a great deal. Her therapist asked 8000/- tax for the same product. I got here at 50% lesser rate.Plz help me get extra drip and ear tips. Would be a great help!Thanks Amazon
