Dormin 800-416. 5/8 to 5/8 will fit a mazda cx9 2009I had a hot water leak coming from the metal hose connector on the firewall. The 90 degree connector was leaking right at the joint. I ordered this part it came the very next day.My mazda CX9 2009 had a hose size 3/4 so I would need to replace the clamp to one that can me tighten down over the nipple and hose.This part fits great with that one adjacent. Picture shows the new installed part. Took little time. Be sure to really push the connector onto the metal 5/8 pipe all the way. If not it will pop off. You may need to use a little force.

Exact replacement.
Perfect replacement. My fitting was starting to leak. I figured it better change it before it leaves me stranded. Good thing i did. As soon as I touched the original it completely fell apart.The replacement fitting fit just like factory. Hose went on and snapped in place. No more leak. This took about 10 minutes to change.

Works on a 99 Town and Country
99 Chrysler town and country ltd.Two rear heater core quick release connectors had broken due to age.These 5/8 to 5/8 90 degree connectors were an exact replacement even though Amazon said they were not.Cheaper than buying at local part store.
