Is it rigid enough to hang over the edges of a table smaller than 180cm?

No its definitely not ridged enough for that as the surface areas comes in 3 parts and its very flexiable. I bought a length of hard board to place it on and that works great and would allow of course then a small hang over.

Can you use proper shuffleboard pucks on this board ?

I'm afraid this would probably not work as these would be too big. Additionally, it could scratch the surface of the game.

Can I buy a new board as i have damaged one of our sections.

Can i play skittles on the boards

I guess you could in theory if you had a miniature set of skittles… not sure if the ball might damage the board over time.
