Doesn't work well
The product I received simply did not work. I was replacing a cartridge at my office pool, expecting a smooth swap, but this one lacked a serial number unlike the original. It threw off the chlorine balance completely, dropping the levels to zero. Using it during my work breaks was frustrating because I had to go out and buy a replacement locally just to keep things running. Honestly, it feels like a counterfeit. Disappointed that it didn’t meet basic expectations.
