GrisportUnisex Adults Aztec High Rise Hiking Boots

I always have immense difficulty finding footwear to fit my wide feet, but I've had Grisport shoes before and I know that they fit. Unsurprisingly these boots are just the same. They're well made and very comfortable , although I suffered from the tops rubbing on my leg a little bit but I guess that's different for everyone. They're better now they've broken in a little.I got these at a great price too, so very happy.

I’ve only just decided to write a review to say these are the best boots ever and I will replace soon with the same style.I bought these in April 19 so they have done a lot of miles and only now are just starting to wear on the sole.Granted I’ve needed to replace the laces and just recently a new set of insoles but honestly do not hesitate.Grisport are a fantastic brand at a good price

Owning Grisport Men's Quatro Hiking Boot in size 9 I was very impressed from day one no breaking in needed after many miles and some wear and tear (still very usable), but I needed more grip for my hikes decided for the Aztec. They are wider which is a big plus for me. On my first hike 5 hours plus boiling hot day they did great with no blisters but felt less comfy than Quatros. I noticed some peeling on the sole after one hike doesn't look like it will come off just a design flaw. Lacing system is great but is pushing into my skin even with thick socks. 3 starts for now because of the peeling off if it worsens than probably zero or one star. UPDATE: now the leather on my right boot started separating VERY poor quality. Big shame as they can be worn for hours with any pain.

laces lug broke after a short time. not good!

Had a pair for two years and my average walking over this time is about 6.5 Kim’s per day. The boots are really comfortable, not too heavy and are still waterproof but the leather has softened with all the hard useage so are now gardening boots.I tried dozens on before I opted for these in particular. It was a no brainier for me I know a good boot 🥾 brilliant.

As a person who needs to get out of the house more, I decided to do just that and start it by buying some new boots, The Grisport Aztecs hit all the spots on the review sites and ticked all the boxes, So I bought them off Amazon a few days ago...They arrived on time with no issues that is until I tried them on.Normally I am a size 11UK wide footed so I knew these were wide fitting so went with a UK12, trying them on tells you as your foot is sliding the boots on that these are ULTRA comfortable and of the best quality available, I mean they are hand made in Italy with what is called "Crazy Horse" leather which is the best and has a 20+ year lifespan.I started to struggle with putting the boots on when my feet were almost fully inside them, everywhere in the boot fitted so well and comfortable, however. I found one major flaw and it really does need sorting by the company that makes them!.The instep or upper I believe its called was so tight on the bridge of my foot that it stopped circulation and hurt, you cant understand why companies who make such amazing products makes such a grave mistake, for the reason I had two options, I could either send the boots back but its almost December and chances I would get a replacement soon could be "Wishful thinking" or as the upper or bridge/instep is so tight and the leather is doublestiched everywhere and is ultra thick leather so I thought id try and stretch them and see how that goes.I cant emphasise enough how amazing these boots are and sturdy and supportive, I have included a stock pic that I've edited to show you where the issue is, my advice is buy a size or two more than you are and use thick socks..or sealskinz.These are 'THE' ultimate boot to have..

Im Prinzip ist es ein schöner solider, stabiler und bis auf ein (Riesen Manko) ein bequemer Wanderschuh, der mir gut gefiel. ABER:Auch wenn es in meinem Fall praktisch war, sollte der Käufer informiert werden, dass man hier eine "weiten" Version bestellt (auf der Verpackung so ausgewiesen).Das größte Manko jedoch und der Grund warum ich mich gegen die Schuhe entschieden habe:unabhängig davon, wie fest oder auch lockerer ich die Schuhe geschnürt habe, die Schnürleiste drückt bei beiden Schuhen wie verrückt auf die Innenseite oberhalb der Knöchel. Ganz unangenehm! :( Daher leider Retour.Stattdessen habe ich mich für den Grisport Dakar entschieden, mit dem ich deutlich zufriedener bin.
