This tool is "STOUT"!
I use this tool to push on a cv shaft on the front axle to get access to the wheel hub bolts on a 4X4 Chevrolet pickup, nothing else I had fit the Hub... This tool was overkill for the job but for the situation it was the only thing that worked .. At elevin LB very stout tool...

Get the jog done 2006 Dodge 4 X 4
I know there is a way to use an (mm) socket with a socket extension shaft and by using the truck power steering to the wedge-off (back and forth between hub bolts) the front bearing hub. Maybe so, but I didn't want to take a chance using the above method by myself with my rusted in-place front bearing hub. All I can say, the tool was worth the price. By using a (Big-Boy) Impact wrench diver and the help with a BFH the task was still was not a walk in the park. With the Puller shaft greased up, and driving the tool with the impact wrench, till basically was done turning the tool puller shaft it was time to use the BFH. Just keep hammering a bit (or a lot) and then again use the impact wrench that may turn about a 1/4 turn or less, applying more BFH Hammering. When the time comes for the front bearing hub to come off you will know with some excitement (boom) you will know the tool works. I hope this helps!

Does the job has performed excellent tool.
Excellent product. This puller pulled the hub off my 2003 Dodge ram four-wheel-drive front assembly easily. Are used a Milwaukee electric impact driver to do the job. Make sure you put grease on the thread so you don’t get gall the steel.

Replaced and fought front unit bearings before on Dodge 2500, this tool made the job much easier and worth the purchase. Tip: before tearing down apply penetrating oil/spray (PB Blaster) to both assemblies for a week prior; also upon installation clean and coat the splines with anti-seize.
