A great servo motor!!!!!
I’ve bought multiple servo motors and was a bit skeptical because of the price difference on this one, because my other ones were more expensive. For me it was easy to install and has been really impressive. It’s being used on a 1913 Singer 31-20. First thing is to lower the speed. It came set at about 3000 rpm. Lowered it to around 400 rpm. It’s now perfect. The biggest thing I noticed is the instant torque it has and with the rpm’s adjusted so low it is quite enjoyable and controllable. Anyone on the fence about purchasing it should get it. I’m very picky and this has made me think of swapping out my other servo motors for this one. Longevity wise I can’t comment on that yet but so far it’s been pretty impressive so far 👌

Sewing Machine Motor
I recently got my hands on the AC110V Industrial Brushless Servo Motor with Controller and Foot Switch, and I have to say, it has made a noticeable difference in my sewing projects. At 750W, this motor packs a punch, but it's surprisingly quiet compared to my old one. Setting it up wasn't too complicated, which was a relief. The controller is easy to navigate, and I love having the option to reverse the stitching—it’s such a time-saver! The foot switch feels solid, and I appreciate how responsive it is. I felt in complete control while working on different fabrics, whether I was dealing with lightweight cotton or thicker materials. One of the standout features for me has been the smooth operation. I’ve been able to achieve cleaner stitches, and I really enjoy that I can adjust the speed as needed. This motor has definitely enhanced my sewing experience. Overall, I’m really pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their sewing machine setup!

Motor don’t perform properly
After I received this motor and installed it to my machine I realized it is not as described by seller . The instructions is very confusing and the motor does not keep a setting . Display constantly shows error messages..motor makes my machine vibrate . This motor is not a good buy . I got a replacement and the result is the same . I owned 4 servo motors and I never had issues with any of them . I spent hours trying to get this motor to run properly . This motor is a piece of junk don’t waste your time .

Brought Back My Grandmother's Sewing Machine To Life Again
I grew up in a family of sewers that made everything out of necessity, so we did a lot of sewing. My grandmother had an industrial straight stitch sewing machine that she got out of a sewing factory when it shut down in the late 80s to move the jobs overseas. This machine has been through a lot of thread and fabric, so when I inherited it in 2020, the motor had finally started to go in 2025. I still sew and do alterations for myself and a few others. Having this machine makes sewing so much faster and easier, so I wanted to replace the motor to keep using her. I shopped out motors and decided on this one. This motor is a fantastic price for the high quality motor for a clutchless motor. I wanted a quieter motor and this one is much quieter than the original motor from well over 40 years ago. The clutchless motor means I can turn it off and on frequently during the day without damaging the motor, plus it isn't using energy just running all day without use. This is a variable speed motor, so I can set it to my preferred maximum speed and not worry about having to adjust my foot to find my optimum speed. I have a lower back injury that makes constantly moving my feet up and down painful, which means loads less sewing. I can just set the speed and press my foot all the way down and keep it there. I can also adjust it for another's use easily. This motor was super easy to install as it fit into my standard industrial machine table without having to measure and drill holes or anything else. It could be installed by one person, but it is much easier to install with two people due to the weight of the motor. You could take your machine out, empty the oil vat, flip the table over (heft in its own right), and install the motor if you are doing it on your own. The cords are all great lengths has plenty of length. This motor does have a standard US 110V plug and has a fuse that is very easy to replace. Time will tell if it lasts as long as the original motor from my machine that was new in the early 80s and under heavy industrial use. While I'm not putting this one under heavy industrial use, it is getting heavy, all day use on my sewing days. This motor should still be going when it is time for me to pass it on to my granddaughter.

Poor instructions
We have several servo motors. They are godsend for making old clutch style machines more accessible to modern crafters. This unit works - sort of. After following the less than stellar instructions, which are riddled with errors and hard to follow, we got the direction set. The speed function works reliably. Unfortunately, the display reverts to error mode after each use. Since we own if several servo motors, we don't accept sole responsibility for the confusion. We are relatively confident we'll get it sorted. This otherwise appears a well made servo motor.

Industrial Sewing Machine Servo Motor with digital settings. Good for old & new Machines
If you are looking to upgrade your industrial sewing machine motor to a more modern servo motor, this motor is a good choice with many modern features for modern industrial sewing/serging machines. The 750W motor is fast, and stronger than my old clutch motor. It is a lot quieter too, and doesn't run all the time like the clutch motor, and that is an added value to me personally because I do not like hearing the clutch motor whirring at all times. This motor is designed to fit the standard industrial sewing machine tables that use clutch motors, it has the same bracket holes to allow you to easily install the servo motor using the same bolt holes in the clutch motor table. This motor has many electronic features that I cannot even use with my vintage sewing machine, but it still works for me and if I choose to use it on a modern sewing machine head, I can reprogram the motor with the newer features. It has a 4 pin needle plate positioner connector, and a 2 pin light connector. It also has a 2 foot electrical cord from the motor to the power supply box, so you can have your power button at the front of the table for easy access. This is pretty standard, but I've had a motor once that the power button was on the motor under the table and it was very inconvenient. This motor is electronic and the control board has several programmable options, if your machine allows, like needle angle, what speed to start the motor at, and what the max speed preference setting should be of your choice, a maximum current limit, and detection of the topper needle. Now my machine is 60 years old and doesn't have these features, but it still works well for my machine too. It performs with even power flow and doesn't have any hitches or uneven surges, it has a smooth performance when starting and stopping and during continuous use. Overall, a really nice upgrade from my clutch motor.

At this price, it's an excellent value and performs admirably right out of the box.
I used this sewing machine motor for an application other than specified, but I can definitely tell you the motor works as intended. I appreciate the completeness of the kit, with it coming with everything necessary to create a stand alone speed controlled motor drive for virtually any task. No more patching systems together, this comes with the motor, speed controller, a decent foot switch and assembly hardware all included. I will say the motor isn't the strongest I've ever seen, but for my application it works adequately and I expect when geared down with a belt drive, it would be more than sufficient for most sewing machines. At this price, it's an excellent value and performs admirably right out of the box. I would definitely purchase again.
