Great product and well worth the money
Definitely not the cheapest bumper around, but as jeep owners will tell you Warn is probably the best out there. This bumper came so well packed it was amazing. The fit and finish is incredible, and the install was very easy overall. A few little hitches with moving the vacuum pump, but overall the fit is great and I have had many compliments since installing it. It is well worth the money over a $300 Chinese bumper. You get what you pay for the whole way around.

Good solid Warn product
Relatively easy to install and looks great. Mounted a 9K lbs winch I had on it for a solid recovery setup. Only tricky part for average person would being able to cut up the factory mount a little and opening up a hole in the frames. Otherwise it bolted up nicely!

Excellent full width USA product
A friend and I mounted this USA made product on a 2009 Jeep 2 door JK Rubicon. The product is quality with precision laser cut, fit, and neat professional welds. It is full width and matches the outside edge of the factory fender flairs. The winch plate is very recessed and low in the bottom of the bumper so there is minimum air flow restriction in front of the radiator when a future winch is added. Be advised if you do not immediately add a winch the winch opening is quite wide and noticeable. Since I do not have a winch yet I modified the old factory plastic cover to partially cover the winch opening. There was no drilling or cutting needed to install the new Warn product but the bolt tightening process on the lower rear adjustable tabs is tedious and tight. Allow at least 2 hours for install after factory bumper removal and have correct mectric sockets, extensions, and adjustable ratchet fittings. Warn makes an add on steel lower skid plate that is available for extra cost and that would cover the lower front factory Jeep steering components. The factory bumper removal parts include the rounded lower plastic cover cover mounted in a flimsy manner below the factory bumper. With the new Warn bumper mounted the lower steering components are going to be exposed. With some ingenuity and cutting I may try to use the old factory lower cover. Bottom line is that the Warn Bumper has a higher cost than the many $300-$400 made in China bumpers available but for me the obvious quality and USA craftsmanship was well worth having.

Warn quality and worth the price. Great protection, for your winch. Fits a Warn Xeon.
This is a seriously strong bumper, without the weight of a lot of these. I once had a Smittybilt basic bumper. It didn't weigh much less than this and the Warn is by several factors stronger.I'm not going to lie; this bumper can be a complicated install. You will want to put everything together loosely, before tightening. Also, DO NOT put in the fog light frames, until you have bolted the bumper to the frame. I know the instructions tell you to. They are wrong. You will not be able to get the bumper carriage bolts in. Use the serrated washers, on the carriage bolts. You will not want to, but you will play hell getting the bolts tightened if you don't. I speak from experience. One last thing; the vacuum pump. I put this under the supplied mount. There was too much contact, with the pump on top. It worked fine, underneath. All of that said, I love the bumper. It is hell for stout, no doubt! It protects my winch, allows great air flow and the full width keeps my wheels safe.

Very Nice Bumper!
I installed this bumper on my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. The bumper is well constructed, weighs about 100 lbs, and has a nice powder coat finish. The bumper came USPS in a large box. The box had holes but the bumper and contents were fine. It took me about 8 hours to do the complete install (I also installed a Warn 8S winch). Below are my comments from the install:1. The vacuum pump does not sit on top of the bracket: think bolt, bracket, pump, nut. Putting the pump on top places one of the vacuum hoses too close to the radiator. I also disconnected the pump from the vacuum and electrical lines to give me room to work. Install the vacuum pump once the bumper is mounted and snugged.2. Don't fully tighten the "anti-nod brackets" until the bumper is mounted. Tighten them once the bumper is mounted and the bumper bolts are snug.3. Don't install the fog lights before you insert the 6 bumper bolts that hold the bumper to the frame. I did not have room to insert the bolts otherwise.4. Insert the 6 bumper bolts before you try to mount the bumper. Also, use the bolt retainer washers to hold the bolts. Getting the bolts to align was a pain but I was able to eventually get them to go into the frame.5. NOTE - The Zeon 8S winch does not fit (too long to fit between the bumper frame) unless you cut a notch in the bumper frame (both sides). I mounted the bumper and then traced the pattern from the bumper onto the frame so I knew where to cut. I used a reciprocating saw.6. NOTE - you also have the remove the factory bracket arms that hold the vacuum pump. Be careful because there is a tube that runs near the rear bracket. I made my cuts as close to the frame as possible. This kept the saw blade away from the tube.7. You do not need to cut the fog light wires. I pulled the passanger side wires from the wire loom and then walked the wires back to where they came down from near the radiator. I also did the same on the driver side. Once connected, I taped the wire and wire loom to protect the wires.8. I mounted the winch after the bumper was fully installed. You cant get to the "anti-nod bracket" bolts otherwise. This worked out ok.

Easy install
Easy installation if you have a grinder. Took me about 4 hours. I used the old skid plate and bumper filler panel to fill in the space until I can get a winch turned out good
