Great lighter, this thing is basically a pocket sized torch and it can really put out some heat. Only 4 stars instead of 5 because it doesn't light when all the way on low or slightly above low. Overall very nice product at a great price.

I recently picked up the Zoocura Jet Flame Torch Lighter, hoping for something strong and reliable—especially for kitchen tasks and lighting my outdoor grill. After a week of use, here’s how it stacks up: 👍 What I Liked: Impressively powerful flame —It lights up fast and gets hot quick, ideal for searing meats or browning sugar. Adjustable flame control is handy: easy to dial it down for delicate jobs like crème brûlée or slowly melting cheese. Refillable with standard butane, so you don’t need to toss it when it runs out. 👎 What Could Be Better: Button feels a bit stiff, so it takes extra pressure to ignite. It’s never stuck, but it’s not as smooth as I hoped. Plastic body feels lightweight, which is great for portability, but gives it a slightly flimsy feel in your hand. No safety lock—I’d feel more comfortable if there was a child-safe feature, especially with this kind of flame. 🧭 Final Take: The Zoocura Torch Lighter is a solid mid‑range choice—flame’s strong, and it works well for most kitchen or hobby tasks. But if you’re after something more durable, smoother to use, or with safety features, you might want to spend a bit more for a premium model. It goes through fuel fast but it is a game changer in the wind and rain

For 10 bucks, I found this torch to not be all that bad. Don’t get me wrong - it isn’t all that great, either. PROS: • It has a sleek design that fits comfortably in your hand. • It is easy to light • It is easy to adjust the flame • For just over four months, it has consistently operated with frequent daily use. • Inexpensive price tag • Fast delivery CONS: • It has stopped functioning properly. • It has a leak & as such, goes through butane like crazy. • It requires a specific type of nozzle to fill it - which, let’s be honest, who thinks of that when they’re picking up a can of butane? I was lucky to have found an adapter that I was smart enough to hang onto bc no other adapter I’ve found since will work. Will I purchase again? Not sure. I’ve not had great luck finding a decent torch on Amazon, but out of those I’ve bought, this one is definitely not the worst of the bunch, so repurchase isn’t out of the question.

Downgraded product - the exterior of this lighter used to have a solid metal exterior, which felt really nice in the hand. The new version still works great, but there are many torch lighters that also work great. Next time I think I'll buy a different brand.
