Worth the Price
When it comes to stock-fitting quality, only ONE car I have ever owned has had a speaker brand OTHER than Sony xPlod speakers. I have been using Sony car audio products for 20 years, and I have yet to find a reason not to. There is only one area of weakness in these speakers, and that is the surround materials aren't santoprene rubber compound. It doesn't seem to affect sound quality, as my little 1995 Saturn SC2 has excellent response, even with its factory head unit and running a cassette adapter for music playback on my Nokia Lumia 820 smartphone, through the headphone jack. I did notice these are 4-way speakers, which gives excellent high frequency sound quality, without a lot of mid-range distortion. Every other speaker I have used have been 3-way, which weren't bad, but there is definitely a difference with 4-way speaker sound quality.

The sound is good for the price.
The speakers fit the front and back doors of my 2001 Oldsmobile Bravada just perfect.

Not too bad with an amp on them....
If you want them to sound good, put an amp on them or a high powered deck....

Not as good as I expected from Sony
Ok for a beater vehicle
