They look like they’re exactly what I wanted.

I snagged this set of bottles, and they’re seriously awesome! They're a breeze to fill—no mess with ketchup, mustard, BBQ sauce, or my homemade dressings. The 16-ounce size is just right, fitting perfectly in my fridge door or a cooler for travel without being bulky. Speaking of travel, these bottles are a game-changer for picnics and camping—the tight-sealing red tip caps don’t leak at all, even when tossed in a bag. The quality is top-notch; the thick plastic feels super sturdy, not like those flimsy bottles that crack or leak. They’ve held up great after months of use, no matter what I put in them. The red tip caps are so handy—easy to flip open with one hand while grilling or prepping, and they seal tight to keep sauces fresh without drips. I love that they’re clear, so I can see what’s inside and when it’s time to refill. Plus, the sauces taste just as good coming out of these as they do from their original containers—no weird plastic taste or anything. Cleaning’s super easy; just rinse with soapy water, and they’re good as new. No lingering smells, even with strong stuff like garlic-heavy dressings. Getting a dozen bottles for the price is such a good deal—way better than buying singles. I keep some in the kitchen for daily use, others for BBQs, and a couple for travel. I never dreamed I would be excited over a squeeze bottle. These are pretty great. They are inexpensive and good quality. I bought these to help organize my pantry, and get the oils, vinegars, condiments, sauces, and whatnot under control. All the odd size bottles were taking over my kitchen cabinet. I also recently went on a stir-fry binge with a new wok, and found that I was spending a ridiculous amount of time measuring out small quantities of oils, vinegar, sauces, etc. so I wouldn't have to fumble around with large bottles while trying to cook. Harking back to my restaurant days, I had an epiphany. Hey! Why not get some squeeze bottles! Long story short, between being able to make my cooking more efficient, and making additional room in my cupboard with the uniform bottle size, life is now wonderful. Well, okay, maybe not LIFE, but it certainly has paid off in the kitchen. I bought these in both the 8 ounce and 16 ounce, and my only lament is that I can't seem to find this same bottle in a 24 oz or a 32 oz. If I could find those sizes in this brand, I would buy them in a heart beat. I bought another brand of what was supposed to be 24 oz bottles with tip caps, and they were pretty lousy. Not only were they NOT 24 oz, they were actually 16 oz, they were squishy feeling and flimsy and the caps didn't stay on well. They are making a return trip. I should note that since I have only had them a few days, I can't speak to long term durability or leaking. But so far, no leaks, caps (and tips) stay on well, and if they don't last a lifetime I don't care. They are reasonable. I would buy these again as replacements for any that die over time. Buy these. You will like them. Minor edit: I misspoke. The 16 oz bottles that I bought appear to be made by the same manufacturer (my guess) but are not "Easy Squeeze." The 16 oz bottles are virtually identical. The second set of these that I purchased was actually another of the 8 oz bottles. Wanted to clarify that.

I bought these squeeze bottles for use in the kitchen. I intend to fill them with homemade sauces and vinaigrettes. The first one I made was a Korean BBQ sauce. My sauce is pretty thick so I cut the tip a bit to help it come out better. I really like the fact that each bottle comes with a very, very small opening so that I can choose what diameter I think I need if the condiment is runnier or thicker. I used a piece of masking tape on the side of the bottle where I wrote the name of what was in there. The tape remained affixed to the bottle for the 8 or 9 days it stayed in the fridge; I had worried that condensation and many hands squeezing the bottle would rub the tape off but it stayed nicely. Then, when I wanted to remove the tape before washing, it came off beautifully. I washed the bottles in the dishwasher (the bottle on the bottom rack and the lid on the top rack). I washed the red tip by hand because I was afraid it would get lost in the dishwasher. I took off one star because I wish the red cap was attached to the lid in some way. I'm certain I'm going to lose these caps over time. Otherwise, they are great bottles, easy to squeeze and easy to control how much condiment to use. At first, I was hesitant because I wasn't sure I needed six bottles but I'm very glad that I bought them now that I can see how handy they will come in while cooking. I will very likely buy more of these in the future.

I purchased these solely to aid my production of making my popcorn with which I use Cholula Original Hot Sauce . I have so far used two, one for my Cholula, and one for Canola Oil. They are good size for your hand and the flexible body allows for easy control of the stream while it is dispensing whatever liquid you've put in it. Since I use a digital scale when cooking, it is very nice to be able to control the speed at which I'm adding ingredients. I plan on switching all my hot sauces, dressings, and oils over to these bottles. Though I may need to get a label maker so I don't mix them up. The red caps snap on quite securely and reasonably easy to remove, though I've yet to be able to remove the cap one-handed. Perhaps with practice, I'll accomplish that small feat. I personally prefer this sort of capping system over the bottles with attached caps as the attached caps always have a way of somehow getting in the stream of whatever is coming out of the bottle and then you have to go clean off the whole top of the dispenser lest you attract ants. A previous reviewer had noted that the bottles can be a bit temperamental with oils — this is true, but only if you don't close it well enough. Just make sure the top is twisted on very tightly and you'll experience no leakage. I held the bottle upside down for a while to make sure. I later didn't tighten the cap well enough and found it to be leaking small amounts of oil during use. After cleaning it with a paper towel and retightening it, I redid the test of holding it upside down and it worked just fine. Only time will tell if this becomes a problem later, but for now it is just a matter of properly sealing the bottle. Update (October 27th, 2015): Since somebody asked, I did measure the bottles: Bottle Outer-Diameter: 2 3/8" Bottle Height (including cap): 8 3/4" Bottle Mouth Inner-Diameter: 1 3/16" Spout Length: 1 1/8" Spout Opening Inner-Diameter: 1/16" In other news: The bottles are still working nicely (granted it is only been a month and a half). The bottles are handling the Canola oil well, though you do have to make sure the cap is screwed down nice and tight. Oil tends to stick to the bottle (a little dribbling from the spout after use), so cleaning the top with a damp cloth after use seems to help immensely.

I have been buying the smaller size squeeze bottle at WalMart for about $1.25 as I never considered looking for them on Amazon. The smaller bottles at WalMart has a much softer plastic, which makes squeezing out of those bottle very easy but... it does leak at the lid and the cap. So when I had corn oil in them, they appeared to be fine until the end of the week is when I notice the oil leaking out, which means that it doesn't have a tight seal. So I went on Amazon looking for something better than the WalMart branded squeeze bottles. There are many different brands but I ended up buying this brand by Pinnacle Mercantile based on total valued price for all 6 bottles in 32oz sizes. What surprise me is that these bottles are Made in the USA. and it's labeled as FDA approved Food Grade plastic and BPA Free. I have not seen that on any other bottles listed on Amazon by other sellers and that is why I choose these bottles. Now the plastic is a bit thicker and it isn't as transparent as the WalMart brand. But the little Red cap really seals, once the little Red cap is on, when you squeeze it, nothing comes out or comes in, that means it will give a very good seal to protect what's inside of the bottle. Squeezing the bottle does take a little more effort as the wall is thicker due to the thicker plastic. In the end, I am please with these bottles and plan to buy more in smaller sizes.

It's not what these were designed for, but I used these bottles to apply crack filler to cracks in my driveway. The bottles made it possible to apply the filler precisely where it was needed. I had to cut the tips off partway to get the opening wide enough to allow the filler material to flow, and the first time I cut too much of the tip off. But I got there eventually.
