I have bought a few of these for our office. The staff find them supportive and comfortable. I find they don’t break the bank and last.

Hi, I have 6 screws and 2 metal rods holding my lumbar spine together. I bought this chair because it looked like a chair I had many years ago that did not hurt my back. This chair is great. I can seat in it for hours and have no discomfort. I would recommend this chair to anyone that had Lumbar Decompression and fusion of L4-L5-S1. The only thing I want from this chair is the ability to lean way back to knap during Zoom Meetings.

Not quite as easy to put together as I had hoped. So my 14 year old did it for me. Figures. But the chair is comfortable and provides support for my back.

Though it was not the most expensive office chair I could have purchased, it was not inexpensive either. After less than a month of use, the cylinder has broken and the chair physically wobbles back and forth with any movement. This chair is used for work and this is very distracting and, quite honestly, very annoying to have happening all day long, as every time I move, the chair base wobbles. Extremely disappointed for almost $200 spent. Also, no option to leave seller feedback on the purchase, so I cannot contact anyone for a replacement or repair.

This is a nice chair. However, the "ratchet back" won't stay up. It clicks into place, but the moment I shift in my chair, it falls down, undoing the locking mechanism. I don't move around THAT much.I called support and they gave me instructions to have a new back sent out asap, so that's good news.Other than that,.so far, it seems like a good chair if the back would just stay up. Oddly, the entire box smells like someone sprayed it with vanilla air freshener. I'm giving it a four unless I run into problems with the return of the back. Then I'll edit.Update: This company told me they were going to send me a new back. The rep was very unconcerned and I knew I was never going to see the new chair back I requested. Sure enough, it never came.

I have had this chair for several months. Assembly was easy, but the back height adjustment was not obvious. You have to let it slowly ratchet to the height you want, not much flexibility in the backrest height settings but everything else is awesome!

The product is pretty good and service is very satisfied.
