Impressive Durability and Performance, Just No Message Replies
This smartwatch is incredibly tough and solid, and it does nearly everything you would want from a smartwatch. I am genuinely impressed with how durable it is. My 120 pound Cane Corso got hold of the box and chewed it to shreds. I found the watch face on her bed where she had clearly been chewing on it, and somehow it did not have a single scratch. The bands had fallen under the bed and we found them later that same day. The fact that it survived that is seriously impressive. Setup was very easy. I downloaded the app and it walked me through all the permissions step by step without any confusion. Attaching the bands was simple once I realized you need to move the small pin on each side. The whole process only took a couple of minutes. The watch itself performs very well. It is responsive and easy to navigate. You can make calls, read messages, listen to notifications, and play music. One limitation is that you cannot reply to messages, only read them. I did double check the listing and it only mentions reading messages, so that part was my assumption, but it is worth noting. The music feature works, but it is a bit limited. It tends to shuffle rather than letting you easily browse your library. If you start music from your phone, it syncs well to the watch. You can also connect Bluetooth headphones and listen that way, which is a nice option. The health tracking features are a big plus and are really the main reason to use a watch like this. It is nice to have everything in one place as you start paying more attention to your health. Battery life has been great so far. It has been over a week of use and we have not needed to charge it yet. My husband has been using it daily without any issues. Overall, this is a very durable and capable smartwatch with great features. The only real downside is the lack of message replies. If that feature were included, it would feel like a complete device. Even without it, this is still a great option, especially if you do not want to spend money on a big name brand.

Great battery life, very functional, too big?
I had one of these for probably 14 years, and recently it broke. I’ve tried a fitness ring, but that overcounts your steps by a lot. I got this watch and have worn it for about two months, and I really like it. The big positive is the battery life. It lasts a really long time, which is great, and the battery monitor is right on the screen, so you know when you need to charge it. One small negative is that it is really big, so it definitely sticks out when you wear it on your wrist. You can choose various watch faces so it can have an appearance you prefer. I found all the features work quite well. I don’t use it to make calls, but you can use it for that, and I tried it a few times with my mom. I think it tracks your fitness activity really well, and it’s nice to be able to check on your activity with a quick glance at your watch. I also found it easy to download the app on my phone and connect the watch to it. The flashlight is a cool feature. I’ve used it one or two times around the house, but it’s nice to have. I like that it comes with two chargers, an extra watch band, and a fully functional manual that gives a lot of information you need to use the watch. I think this watch is a good value because it’s high quality. It’s not really cheap, but it’s not a knockoff either. This is a legitimate fitness watch.

Substantial and full featured smart sports watch
The CHOOSETIME Military Smart Watch for Men is a comprehensive kit that includes not only a full-featured smart watch, but a thorough kit of bands and accessories. It is well thought out and nicely complete. This is not just a watch in a box. The kit contains the watch itself, bands, tools, user manual, accessory pack and charging cords. The user manual is very detailed and has about 15 pages of settings and setup information for the watch in five different languages. The accessory package has a cleaner for the watch face, buffer cloth and information on how to use the link removal. Two charging cords are included, one a USB-C and a second one with a USB-A connector. Both use a 7.62mm 2-pin universal magnetic charging connector to charge the watch. Two bands come with the watch. An orange rubber sports band and a gunmetal colored stainless steel dress band. The sports band has connector pins already installed. The dress band needs to have these inserted. Two are needed but three are supplied in case one gets lost. A basic tool is also included to remove the band pins when adjusting the band size. The metal band has a butterfly type opening without a safety catch. The pins are small and adjustments can be finicky. If you are not inclined to deal with small parts or watch adjustments, you might want to stop by a jeweler to do it for you. Once past the band, the watch itself is big. As in it is really big. The front is the display, with the edge containing a multi-function button/dial, flashlight and programmable button. On the back are the pulse and blood oxygen sensors (in the middle) and the recharging pads. The case is sealed by four small Phillips head screws. It is not only large but heavy and feels substantial. The display touch screen is 360x360 resolution with a screen diameter of 46 mm and a case diameter of 53 mm. The display is crisp and clear. Brightness can be adjusted from dim to bright and when set appropriately can easily be seen in bright sunlight. Watch band lug size is 24 mm. The watch is 15 mm thick. The watch includes a built-in flashlight and 1000mAh battery. It has a claimed standby time of 50+ days, battery life of 30+ days and a charge time of 2 hours. These specifications were not tested or validated. Once linked to your phone, the watch obtains the correct date and time. The main screen gives you multiple options. The screen is shown close up to show details. In real life on your wrist the colors and icons are quite crisp. It is a touch screen so each icon activates another function. Music control is snappy, with no lag. Volume control is also smooth. Telephone control, including answering and dialing is easy, and sound quality was good. The gear icon below the music icon (the record) leads to a multi-page configuration screen. The available settings and options are quite comprehensive. Longer term testing will be a bit of a culture shock to me. Right now I am quite happy with my self-winding automatic watch. This smart watch is a bit of a behemoth in both size and heft. The watch is linked to your phone by the required FitCloudPro app, available for both Apple and Android. It sets units for phone display (F or C) and other options. The device page gives you phone status and also allows you to select and download a custom phone dial face. The app also contains many more pages and options to set up the phone and adjust it to your sport needs. One of the first tests was to run an app on the phone to play music, link the watch to control playback and volume, then route output to the smart glasses. It all linked seamlessly and music was easily controlled by taps to the watch. The result was much better than tapping the glasses. This is really a substantial watch that is well made, has a complete set of accessories and adjustment tools and can be fine-tuned by the control app. The kit and components have the look and feel of a quality product.

a very nice basic smart watch with a tremendous battery
I wanted to try a smart watch in place of my 30 plus year old analog watch. I chose the CHOOSETIME branded military smart watch for a few reasons. The price is affordable, it is not a five hundred dollar watch that breaks the budget. It has an advertised battery life of 30 days. I would not want a watch I had to charge every few days. It has two features that are a must for blood oxygen sensing and heart rate. I want to be able to check both but don't want some fancy health tracking app. For these three reasons I chose the CHOOSETIME watch. I have had the watch on my arm for four days now and here is my experience. I haven't changed the phone yet. It arrived with 92% charge, I am on day four now and it is at 70% charge. I installed the somewhat sketchy app on my Iphone to setup the watch. I was able to connect to my phones bluetooth so I can see texts and make calls if I chose too. I also changed the time, and downloaded a watch face I like. After that I uninstalled the app from my phone. I don't want unwanted stuff on my phone and the app is a little unpolished. The app probably has nice features for those of you that want health tracking or music on your phone, not for me though. I compared my blood oxygen and heart rate measured on the phone to my other professional devices and the numbers are very close. I measured three times at different times of the day and both are +- 5% of my other devices. SO thats a win. The battery life appears to be quite substantial. I don't know about 30 days yet, but the large size of the watch is apparently a lot of battery. I am impressed with the watch for my needs. quick glance at a text, heart rate, blood oxygen level, and large capacity battery. The watch is HUGE for a watch. I don't mind though as my arms and hands are equally huge. It looks nice on my arm. For the price, a great value.

A literal tank for your wrist—built to last
I’ve been wearing this rugged smartwatch for a few days now, and the first thing that hits you is the sheer presence of it. If you’re tired of delicate tech that feels like it might shatter if you bump into a door frame, this is a refreshing change of pace. It has a heavy, substantial look that leans heavily into that "mission-ready" aesthetic, and it actually feels like it could survive a genuine outdoor excursion. The 1.85-inch display is surprisingly sharp and bright enough to read even when the Alabama sun is at its peak. What really sold me, though, was the ease of setup. I’m usually wary of the pairing process with third-party apps, but linking this to my phone was seamless. Once synced, it handles notifications and Bluetooth calls with impressive clarity—the speaker is loud enough that I don't have to hold my wrist up to my ear like a secret agent. The step count and heart rate monitoring have been remarkably consistent as well; I compared the vitals against my more expensive dedicated fitness tracker, and the accuracy was well within a 5% margin, which is fantastic for daily habit tracking. The standout feature, however, has to be the battery life. While most big-name smartwatches are begging for a charger by dinner time, this 1000mAh beast is still sitting at over 70% after four days of heavy use. It’s a huge relief not to have another device to "babysit" every night. You also get a complete kit with both a silicone sports band and a metal dress band, along with the tools to adjust them. When you consider the rugged build, the built-in LED flashlight, and the array of features, the value for money here is undeniable. It’s a tank of a watch that doesn't break the bank.

A Smart Watch for All Occasions
Was not expecting this watch to be so big but it's really quite large. Thankfully husband is a body builder so the size of the watch is not intimidating. Love that it comes with a professional metal band as well as a durable sports silicone band. Able to connect to a Samsung device without issue allowing you to answer calls and messages. Best way to keep u with your fitness routine. Packed with features but the best part for me is how much you save getting this over the big brand watches.
