Seems Pretty Sturdy
I installed this rope swing a couple months ago and so far it is holding up just fine. Kids love it! The only thing is that the rope is pretty long and if you have a lower swing set top member it might hit the ground. Better to be too long than too short though, as I can always add some additional wood to raise the swing.

Great for kids of all ages.
My kiddos (age 3 -8) love this swing. It's sturdy and so easy to install. I love that the tree strap was included. My tree isn't crazy tall but It is plenty long enough and I could raise the swing even more. I have had several swings and this has been a favorite so far.

More fun than just a swing
It feels sturdier than my granddaughter's previous one. She loves being able to climb up the rope. The seat seems a little bigger too. I recommend it for sure.

I give this 4 stars for being a seemingly well built, durable, easy to install product that I'm sure is a lot of fun for the right aged kids. Unfortunately for a 4 year old it wasn't ideal. It takes a LOT of arm strength to make work, and I'm guessing the average 4/5 year old doesn't want to put in the energy/effort it takes. Even trying to stand on the disk and hold the rope was near impossible as the disk easily gives way when the slightest weight is applied. You have to hoist your hole body up and barely put your foot down to make it balance. Then once you're on, you spend considerable effort just staying balanced. Same thing when by daughter tried to sit on it. She spent too much effort trying to balance vs just having fun. There is an element of learning how to use it for sure, but the need to constantly be pulling up with your arms just felt like it would be tiring. Long story short, it is probably a great product for what you can do with it if so inclined. And physically up to the task. But for our daughter (and eventually 2 year old son) if felt like too much work with too little fun payoff.

My daughter loves this swing!
This swing was my daughter’s favorite thing in the whole world. I use the word “was” because our villainous HOA made us take it down. She’d be out there swinging for hours. It would take a bribe of ice cream to bring her inside, and even then, that was a hard “maybe,” and she’d make me promise she could go out again after. Our neighbors even got one for their kid because our girls were fighting over it all the time. (The evil HOA made them take theirs down too.) We’re keeping the swing in case we move to a better neighborhood that actually cares about the mental and physical health of children or the stupid HOA dissolves, but until then it’s waiting in the garage. She wishes every day that it was back on the tree.

Hours of kid entertainment! Worth it!!
My son is in love with this. He asks DAILY if he can go outside and play on it. We hung it from a tree out front. It is too long to add to our standard swing set.I’d really like to purchase a second one to take to our cabin to hang for the kids! My stepdaughter comes to visit and she is a preteen and loves to go climb and swing on this too.
