I just received these magnetic curtain rods today. I’m am going to be painting my back entrance door, and putting up a curtain. These rods are PERFECT! Oh my gosh, I’ve been so happy just looking at them up on the door. You won’t be disappointed!

Purchased these to replace our other one that was not strong enough for our constant use of the door. The one prior only had top rod and constantly coming off. These are great with strong magnet to hold the curtain on. No issues with the constant use of the door and hasn't moved since I put them up. Very happy would definitely recommend.

So for the price, the finish is cute and it is technically capable of holding a curtain.However, I would not recommend using this on the small metal strip above a sliding glass closet door. Or at least test with a fridge magnet first.Reason being, the magnet is too big and in my case, does not have enough metal to grab onto, which means it’ll stick to the median between the doors, go diagonal over the lip onto the glass, or fall to the ground. So much falling to the ground.Also, I don’t know what it is, but I feel like it’s kind of hard to slide the curtain onto the pole itself. Because it’s 2 halves that meet in the middle, you have to be careful with how the weight of the curtain is distributed. If your curtain is too heavy in the middle, it won’t work.If you need to open your curtains often or you have a small metal strip to work with that’s close to the ceiling like I do, I feel like this is probably not the right curtain holder for you. I even tried using masking tape to cover the magnet + Command Strips to get around it, and it was still tough. It kinda worked, but I was always afraid to pull on the curtain, and it fell a few times.

So easy to install my sheet panels with these magnetic rods. I discovered these years ago when I had the exterior doors of our old house replaced with steel. I wanted a simple valance above the window, and didn’t want to drill holes in the door. These are absolutely perfect, and don’t fall off in spite of heavy in and out “traffic” throughout the day.

The magnets are strong. I used this on my front door which is opened and closed often throughout the day.

This works really well. The inner rod slides easily inside the outer rod, so some tape might be a good idea. The curtain hides that, but the tape keeps it secure while moving it.

For starters, came damaged, magnets not the best quality, reviewing for using on patio doors. Magnets don't stick to doors when hanging the lightest of curtain, open the door and close, the top hanger falls off and hits the floor. Tried to use 3m stick on tabs with velcro only to now have the magnets pull out of the rod holders. These may be okay if you have metal walls and just need them for a window, I can't recommend these for a door that is continuously used unless you screw or hot glue the magnets into the holders, then glue the hangers to the door,.. Was able to return

So easy to install. The magnets are quite strong and perfect for my French doors.
