Quality tool for a reasonable price.
I have years of experience in the trades, including metal work and fabrication. In my spare time, I enjoy testing and reviewing all sorts of tools for Amazon. When I came across this pneumatic chamfer tool, I wanted to give it a try and share my thoughts. I admit that I was rather surprised by how small this tool was when I first opened the box. I expected to see something a bit larger. That said, it fits comfortably in my hand and is easy to hold. If you don’t know what a chamfer tool does, it’s used to put a beveled edge on a piece of steel that would otherwise be sharp or rough. In that regard, I would have to say that this tool is pretty mighty for its size. It features tungsten carbide blades. Each blade has three sides, and it holds two of them at the same time. You can rotate the blades to increase their life. The set also comes with quite a few additional blades. They can easily be removed using the supplied tool. It comes with a complete set of instructions that are very detailed and easy to follow. However, I’ve also seen some videos on YouTube that explain exactly how to swap out the blades and make micro adjustments to the depth of the tool. The tool essentially functions in much the same way that a router works. There’s a small wheel at the tip of the cutting point that runs alongside the edge of your steel, and the height of the blade can be adjusted, depending on how much bevel you want to achieve. Everything about this tool was fully functional. I tested it using an Ingersoll Rand compressor with 90 psi at the outlet. The RPMs are adjustable using the small switch located on the underside of the handle. There is an arrow on the outside at the top indicating the direction of the spin. You’ll want to pay attention to that as you make your pass across your project. One thing that I really appreciated about this little tool is that it has a safety trigger that has to be pressed in order for the tool to engage. It also came with all of the necessary tools for adjusting and replacing the blades. In terms of durability, this thing is built really solidly. I think I’ll get many years of use out of it, though I admit, I don’t use a chamfer tool very often. That said, it sure beats having to use a file and doing it the old-fashioned way. In terms of value, anytime I can find a pneumatic tool of this quality for under $50, I know I found a good deal. I give this one my proverbial seal of approval.

Took some practice but this chamfering tool works great for deburring
This pneumatic deburring tool seems to be well made and it comes with everything you need to use it, including a male quick coupler, spare cutter inserts, guide bearings, bearing retainer nuts, insert mounting screws and set screws. Pretty much every small part that might be dropped or lost has a spare or even a few spares. Every part that will experience wear as a consumable has replacements included. The chamfering tool is easy enough to set up, just install the male quick coupler, oil it and get to work. The tool has a decently wide base that helps to keep it trued to the work yet is still small enough for easy use in tight spaces. The exhaust port output direction is adjustable and chips are thrown forward. So for safety and comfort I'd say it does pretty good. The tool itself took me a bit of practice and I found that for me its easier to take a couple of lighter passes than to go for full depth when I want a deeper chamfer. The dial gauge on the tool makes it easy to set the depth and I've had no issues with the set screws' holding my settings. Now I'm very pleased with the results I'm getting with this tool. I'm just a hobbyist, not a professional, my main use for this tool so far has been to debur saw cuts on pieces headed for the mill or CNC router and it has worked great for that. I'm really glad it uses common sized inserts and there's nothing to sharpen or maintain, just replace those inserts when needed. It comes with two cases of 10 inserts each and the two cases stack and lock together which makes keeping up with the parts of the chamfering tool easy. This pneumatic chamfering tool is well made, the quality is good for both the tool and the inserts. It works great and saves me a lot of time vs manual filing and the finish it leaves is much better than I could ever achieve with a grinder. So all in all I'm quite pleased with the quality and function of this tool. The time savings alone make this tool a good value for me.

Powerful, Precise, and Very Versatile Deburring Tool Kit
I recently started using this pneumatic deburring tool kit, and it has been a great addition to my workshop. The dual‑blade system is really well thought out. With both R-round and C-square tungsten carbide blades included (22 total), it handles a wide range of chamfering tasks from small delicate edges to heavier materials. The blades feel durable and hold up well during repeated use. One feature I really like is the tool-free adjustment dial. Switching between chamfer sizes from 0.1 mm up to 1.5 mm is quick and simple, which saves a lot of time when working on different parts. The quick-change blade system also makes replacements fast and hassle-free. Performance is impressive too. The tool can reach up to 30,000 RPM, and the 4-speed air intake control gives good flexibility depending on the material. Whether working on metal, PVC, or wood, the micro depth adjustment helps achieve clean, precise results. It’s also designed with safety and comfort in mind. The metal intake filter, safety pressure switch, and anti-clog shield add an extra level of protection, while the lightweight ergonomic body makes it comfortable to use for longer sessions without fatigue. Another big plus is that the kit comes fully equipped. It includes the machine, 10 R-blades and 12 C-blades, along with tools and spare parts, so you can start working right away without needing to buy anything extra. Overall, this is a well-built, versatile deburring tool that delivers clean and professional results. It’s a great option for workshops, metalwork, plumbing projects, or DIY garage work, and the complete kit makes it an excellent value for money.

I like this tool. It's very compact and works pretty well once you get the hang of it. I struggled using this with my smaller compressor but with my workshop compressor things go much better. Functionally this does exactly what it's supposed to. There's plenty of adjustment allowing you to determine the chamfer you want. There is a knack to it but once used to it it's actually pretty easy to use. My main niggle with this is that all the blades were loose in the box. There's also no pouch or storage case to keep things safe. Other than that and the need for a substantial compressor this is hard to fault.
