I used this product for a light weight throwing axe. No issue sticking to the target. Came apart after about 30 to 40 throws.

This tomahawk broke after its tenth throw when it rebounded off of a tree. The left side of the handle shattered and the edge is fairly weak (chips easily and often). The sheath is very poorly made and the stitching will come undone eventually if you drop the ax at the right angle. Weak rivets. The look of this ax is very appealing, but if you are buying this ax with the intention of using it - Don't. I recommend sacrificing a cool look for something with a little more weight and more durable handle construction.

This thing is a joke. Far too light to chop with. Comes ridiculously dull and the steel won't take or hold an edge. Doesn't throw worth a darn--it's far too light and dull. For some reason I thought the back would be sharpened as well, or come to some sort of beveled edge, but no, it's just straight cut and useless. I've used all sorts of hawks and hatchets from $20 mass produced to $250 customs. I've never felt more disappointed with a purchase than I have with this one. Not sure if I somehow got one that wasn't the same quality as everyone else, but this thing is a joke. Save your money. Look elsewhere.
