I am very disappointed with this scalp massager product. The item appears to be falsely branded as Philips, but it does not seem genuine at all. After using it only a few times, one of the four massage heads stopped working and the device started making unusual noise. The product quality is very poor and defective. This is misleading for customers because the branding gives the impression of an original Philips product. Also, the colour of the product received is different from what was shown, and there was no option provided to choose the colour while ordering. I request an immediate refund or replacement for this defective item.
