YOOPAI 3D Printer Enclosure with LED Light for AD5X / AD5M 3D Printers, Premium Dustproof Tent Constant Temperature Protective Cover

This enclosure works well to keep pets, their hair and dust out, and the heat in. I haven’t used the light since I have an LED bar on my printer. The only complaint is the waste access door is two small for my bin to fit through but ymmv depending on the bin you use. Everything else is easy to access.

This is absolutely a better solution than the enclosure kit you buy from Flashforge. For one there is no need to spend hours printing extra parts. Yes, Flashforge gives you a full Kilo of PLA to work with, but PLA is not the ideal material to use for those brackets, so if you are serious, you will later need to reprint in at least PETG if not ABS if you go with the Flashforge kit. With this tent style enclose you get a unit fully ready to go. After a simple frame assembly, you wrap the tent around the frame, and you are ready to insert the printer and start working with a full enclosure. I will admit the tent is a tight fit, so you really have to pull to get the corners around the frame, but once it is over the hump it slides right over and the zippers help fully pull it down. Otherwise, assembly is simple and straight forward even with a limited instruction sheet. It advertises that it reduces noise, and I will say it helps a bit, but I still fully hear it running on the floor behind me, so if you think this is a sound chamber it most certainly is not, but with a mylar coated fabric what can you expect? But that is another point to make I had it on my desk and at high speed it shook this huge and heavy desk with a hutch on top like it was cheap furniture. With this tent that is 100% enclosed I can now safely set it on the carpeted floor with no concern of something getting at it, dust or other particles from the carpet getting it etc. And it is on the most stable base it can have. To make it even better, it maintains a stable temp has plenty of access ports to get at the main bed, the filament spools, access the poop tray, and even has a spot to add a ventilation fan if needed. It also has a large pocket on one side and a series of elastic straps on the other to hold tools and accessories. This is pretty much the 3d printer version of a laser engraving tent just with clear windows since you don't need to block harmful laser rays. If you have dabbled in both areas, you know exactly what I mean. And the fact it is fully mylar lined means it is fully flame retardant should the totally unexpected ever happen. And just for context a few people claim there is not enough room for a poop catcher. Well, I have 1 KG spools in and with it pulled as far forward as those spools allow without rubbing, I have about 6 inches of space in the back to add a poop catching tray. And there are a lot of designs out there that can be easily modified to have a chute run out the side port(s) to a larger catcher if temp control is not the primary concern.

Does its job well and lighting is great. A little oversized making it look bulkier than it should.

I dont usually write reviews, pass it off as lessons learned. I bought this item to cover the flash forge AD5X, and it does cover it easily. Size is not the problem on this review, nor is delivery as it showed up when it was supposed to. As far as that would go successful amazon purchase. The problem began at installation, there are fiber rods that build essentially the frame of the cover. Would have been an easy build literally connecting two rods together and then connect to a corner piece and go. That would have been easy like my children's life, but instead there were no connection pieces which makes it useless. I did reach out to the manufacturer and wouldn't you guess it its not made in the states, that why it was so cheap. They did respond quickly, to my initial email and needed photos and amazon order number and reason for my complaint. I obliged because it was my choice to purchase cheap and I did want to give them an option to make it right. However, they sent an email back said they apologize they did want to make it right, however they have a shortage of those parts and they would refund me $6. Well if you are buying this product and are trying to protect and keep your 3d printer in good shape, be aware you may not receive the all the parts to do so. I was able to manufacture connecting rods using the 3d printer and PETG-CF and finished the build. So i no longer need these parts and also another lesson learned.

I love this thing; price is lower than the flashforge enclosure and you don't have to print anything at all. Another plus you won't destroy your display in the process. Is it perfect, no, it's a little too narrow for the AD5X if you want the dryer boxes installed you'll have to use a narrow poop shute to get it all inside. The front window has dual zipper and you can control the opening size as does the side window. I just wish it had an opening on the IFS side to insert your filament tubes from an external dryer box, O yes it has an LED light with an on/off switch

Since using the enclosure my prints have come out great with no issues.

Pain to put together but once done looks great and functions as it should.

Ok, it was cheap, but it does the job. It comes with an LED light strip that is quite convenient and does maintain temperature in the enclosure. The zippered doors are usable. The velcro ports are good enough. I think it's a neat solution for maintaining temps for the AD5X.

Nichts zu meckern und top Preis Leistung. Passform/ Stabilität/ Funktion/ Verarbeitung Super. Schnelle Lieferung. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Aber nicht unterschätzt, die Größe ist schon einiges größer als das Gerät alleine.

Muy buena impresora, tengo una ender 3v3 y si mejor mucho los acabados. Lo único es que en los cambios de filamento desperdicio mucho material.
