Unified Management Interface needed
While the hardware quality is impressive, the fragmented software ecosystem creates significant user friction. Requiring both TrueCloud and TrueCloud Plus for different cameras within the same brand diminishes the product's value proposition. A unified management interface is very much essential.

Poor network connectivity
Product has very poor internet connectivity. I used airtel sim card in 4g mobile and could get very good internet speed. But when I use the same simcard at same place, it shows that network is not available.
