This item is incredible!
These ear buds are great. They have touch controls that work on the side of the buds extremely well. They are extremely comfortable in the ear and look amazing, they fit tightly in the ear to provide comfort. The battery life is also good, only needing to be charged every couple of days. They also feature noise cancellation whilst also allowing hearing of anything important to not directly remove all noise should it be necessary.

Will they stay in your ear?
Their noise-canceling is great. Their sound quality is clear and precise. Their ability to record 360 audio is stunning. Perfect phone calls in noisy spaces. The Voice control Google or Bixby is good. To be honest, I wish to God that they made Bixby fit for purpose - this is Samsung after all. It would have been effortless to have a QR code that was a Call To Action in getting your buds working with your Android/Samsung devices - the instruction book is not meant to be read. Now for the bad news - They come with a range of ear tip sizes; however, none of them give a good, comfortable fit in the ear like the 'Sony WI-XB400/Sony WI-C310', which are good all day long and stay put. There are lots of other sellers on here that give alternative ear tips - that must say something. Then there is the long metal stem, which looks great, but is functionally poor. It has a click button on it, operating that button means the plug comes out of your ear. The design surface of that long metal stem (Real Metal Blade) affords touch/tap/stroke commands. One would have thought a downstroke would be to lower the volume, and an upstroke to increase volume. you would have thought a forward stroke would have been next tract and a back stroke navigate back a track. You would have thought a single tap would pause the track - All Missing. Then the 'App' on your Samsung phone and Samsung Watch integration. All you can do with your watch is choose the noise-cancellation options (none/a bit/full). Given the lack of control over your music, that's a snag. Then the phone; there is no App that you can find on the Play Store or directed to in the product. You have to go into settings and when they are in your ear a bar appears. They do have a clever feature to say if its a good fit in you ear, so irritating if you cant get that good fit (in my case the left ear). I have serious concerns about losing them (the left ear). Visually, they are lovely; the case is lovely. It does not come with a charging cable. Money-wise, they are fine - not returning them, but it's clear that Apple has UX developers on their payroll. So to cover off ease of use, I can't wait for Buds5, because these are 'clunky'. If you are a Samsung - what else are you going to buy? I will use my Sony WI-XB400 more than the Buds on Air Trips, in a cafe then the Buds. Now an age issue (im over 60), having used ear/head phones all my life (as a programmer) i have hearing loss due to these things, the phone allows you to adjust the equalization for difference age ranges, so phone calls and audio books are clearer. The Mega difference is the ambient noise cancellation for a phone call, the previous version just amplified the room noise, not you, same as with my £4k hearing aids - not a problem with these. Apple also has a Hearing Aid mode where you can used the phone as a remote mic (it has Bluetooth after all), that feature is on on Samsung, likewise, it would have been nice to have had similar on these. Like on the Bose you can listen to just the person in front of you can cut out the ambient noise, design wise that could have been included, as you have a forward facing mic. So the honest review is keep the receipt and see if they work for you. I'm glad I bought them, will they gather dust - quite likely.

Great with the Razr Fold
I spent a far bit of time mulling over what earbuds to buy from Sony to pixel you name it and I’ve probably looked at it, but I opted for the Samsung buds pro 4 based on countless reviews and videos I wanted something that would play nice with the Motorola razr Fold and I gotta say these do just that the quality is top notch coming from Samsung, connectivity is great I’ve had no drop outs from the buds, battery life is way better than I anticipated, there comfortable to wear and don’t hurt my ears even if I’ve had them in my ears for a good few hours. Call quality is another thing I wanted to mention it’s excellent I can hear and can be heard very clearly and the ANC on these buds is spot on. I think for me what you get for £219 is a steal and my deal was sweetened by the fact I got them when Samsung had the £50 cash back offer, so even better however even without that I would of got them as they came at the top of my recommended list. I’m very pleased all round with these and have no doubts you’d be too if you’re in the market for some earbuds.

Better than the XM6 earbuds for a cheaper price
There are comfortable, they fit well in the ear and have a decently secure fit. They have decent sound quality for earbuds, and the active noise cancellation and transparency modes are excellent. The touch controls are quite fiddly and annoying to get the hang of. You need to pinch with force from both sides of the stem, and fully let go between pinches, so double/triple taps are extremely hard to achieve. Volume controls are similarly difficult but a bit easier. The sound quality, especially bass and fullness of the sound is a bit worse than the Sony XM6 earbuds, but that's kind of expected since those are huge with an awkward and painful shape, and they can't be worn for extended periods of time without an earache. These on the other hand are very comfortable and can be worn for a long time, so they're well worth that tradeoff since the sound quality is still very good. The lack of true multipoint is a pretty big flaw. If you have all Samsung devices it'll supposedly seamlessly switch between them.. but who has Samsung laptops and PCs? I have to manually switch Bluetooth devices every time I want to sit down at my desk. It's absurd for this feature to be missing on earphones at this price point.

Better than Galaxy Buds 3 pro
Great sound from these. Way much better than the Galaxy Buds 3 pro. There's actually bass that you can hear. Made up with these. The ANC works well for me and they are a comfortable fit in my ears. The box comes with different size ear tips to fit your ears.

Check reviews,!!
Bought to replace samsung pro2s...paired immediately with my phone.. go to settings you'll see them, and fix them accordingly,, surprised there's no spare buds for people ears ,,,!! As we all have different sized ears . ,for the money ..not happy with that. .should be standard issues like all companies do,even the cheap ones probably provide different sized ones. Sounds amazing with music. Not tried rest yet.anc etc..all good ..got a see through case...much preferred the original black case...as direct sunlight etc.,could maybe damage them.not good thinking from samsung. Any let down I'll update my review..,..expensive yes....but you get what you pay for .got beats...and Marshall, these r a lot louder noise cancellation great etc..arrived well wrapped ,no qualms with box .but only one thing ,,there's Chinese writing inside then on phone.. dont understand that. Time will tell ..

Missing a couple of basic ease of use features you'd expect to be there.
Apparently Samsung can't get two standard Bluetooth devices connected at the same time like most headsets/earbuds. They have to both be Samsung flavoured for that to work. Too technically difficult apparently. Windows app doesn't help. So you'll have to get over thinking you can use them with your existing laptop & phone. If you've paired both you have to open the control panel & connect back & forth with dead time hoping people don't hang up first. And the silicone pads are way easier to rip rather than remove without sacrificing one even with the help of a pry tool. "Pull gently at the base working around to find a good spot" rewards you with a small tear that only gets larger. Not glued on but feels like they are. Use the fit tool to check they are OK as is & Only change if very loose or open to outside sounds. There are a couple of nubs on the buds & notches on the pads to line up with the one next you fit. Larger & Small are in the manuals packet hiding in the lid. They are not round and squished in there they are ellipsoidal so need lining up. Volume OK, Sound very good, ANC works well but the first two will torment you like they are cheap knockoffs from 2000 era.

Best earbuds I’ve bought
I’ve always bought another brand of earbuds in the past but with the galaxy buds 4 pro you hear a wider spectrum of the music just on the balanced equaliser. One or two you tube videos that suggest custom equaliser which the sound is even better. The controls are fiddly but if have a Samsung smartwatch they are easily adjustable. The noise cancellation on ambient sound cuts out background noise and brings forward chatting which is useful in a supermarket and active noise cancellation is excellent. The sound you hear more depth of the music you’re listening too and comfort you don’t get many sizes of silicone tips, one ear does hurt for about 10 minutes and it does settle. Great for listening to the tv late at night with Dolby atmos on, clarity of dialogue. The best earbuds I’ve bought.
