Made a mandatory open box purchase and sold a defective item where in some screw was left loss inside the camera which was rolling when ever pts camera rotates. When asked for replacement they are saying this should have been checked during open box delivery. How in the world we can doubt on lose metal item or screw be rolling in the camera. More over the camera has a small scratch which indicates it used piece for which I am fine. But rolling part in ptz camera can be an hinderance to the movement on a later date. So care-full with is seller.
