This EMF meter works great and is very easy to start using instantly from the easy to open packaging, even comes with the required batteries. I’ve tested my whole apartment as I have over 30 WiFi devices, from smart locks, to cameras, to WiFi (light) switches, and more. I have the Xfinity Xfi gig speed modem/router and my account measures 27 always connected devices with more going on and off line as the are being used or connected. For the most part even with all these electrical gadgets/toys, I am mostly in the safe zone inside my apartment. Getting within two feet of the modem/router gets this thing buzzing like crazy and way into the danger zone, but that’s nothing compared to the microwave oven. I would stand at least 6 feet back from the microwave oven while using, even in standby state it sets it off a little, but while cooking, look out. My microwave while cooking has pushed this meter to close to half its maximum possible reading. Even at 3 feet it still registers a very dangerous reading, but far less than right up close. At 6 feet I’m registering no dangerous readings at all. I can’t imagine how many times as a kid I would have my face planted up to the glass impatiently waiting for the timer to click down to zero, and open the door to a microwaved meal. Probably a huge mistake. Don’t worry about microwaved food once it’s cooked though. Not really an issue, it’s just the process of cooking with it and the dangerous radiation it’s putting out when in use.Every one is going to need to carry one of these once 5G MMW antennas start going up, 3-4 antenna, every city block of every city, of every country. (and not just major cities, pretty much everywhere) 5G technology sounds awesome, but the health risks involved might be overdoing it. Idk, maybe build EMF meter right into the cell phone, if the cell phone itself dosen’t alter the readings, or maybe adjust for the altered reading. 5G MMW, coming to a planet near you, Spring 2020, weather you like it or not, and it’s already being experimented with in select areas.

Works great. Went ghost hunted at the Thomas House in Tn . It picked up crazy emf in the hallway and was able to verify this with a rem pod and evp. Then went across the street to an abandoned church with no electricity at all not even a wire to building. It picked up in there and we had foot steps and a growl. I’m hooked on ghost hunting now and this is a great item for both seasoned and beginners. Only complaint I have is the temp gauge does really work well. At least this is what I found . It would read like 80 deg and not change much at all even outside where it was 55 degrees.

This is a great meter for those who are just beginning to understand electromagnetic fields. I didn’t expect much when I purchased this but I can say it works undeniably well. Batteries are included, packaging was easy to open and get started right away. Shipped in a bubbled envelope without damage so I’m really satisfied. If you’re expecting the instructions to show you how to use the meter that about all they will do, don’t expect a booklet or any other type of information about EMF that will fall upon your own research. This meter will not detect Atmospheric EMF such as cell towers etc, you will need to spend a little more money for those types of meters.

Very low power, this is to test objects by touching them with the meter. I was under the impression it was the type to point at the source and get a reading from a distance.

I liked that the meter registered a high reading in my bedroom. It helped me know what my next step was for protection.

It's easy to understand and operate and handy to find hot spot around the household due to appliances.Energy usage, distance to appliances and and exposure times are all things to consider.The built in alarms are handy and more educational material is available on the internet regarding limits and levels of EMF exposure.Stay safe everyone!

Handy to see how far away from the microwave to stand. I'm amazed at what gives off EMF.

WOW...I was surprised at how much EMF radiation is given off by my microwave! I truly now will stand six feet away when using it. Even my clock radio next to my bed has been moved farther away. I am not sure why the readings fluctuate so much while using this device.

We have a local PD helicopter that emits stuff and this can pick it up from time to time. Also told me that my stereo amp is emitting, as well as my microwave is leaky and my..... it's very handy to have. I would recommend.

I see dead people 😒... nah just kidding! I did see this product functioning briefly but then it would stop reading. Seems build quality is very high however.

I’m guessing it’s doing it’s job, because it lights up when there’s electrical.
