Did not come with instructions or trouble shooting. Cant find anywhere on the internet. Plugged it into 3 different controllers, light and digital number comes on but none of my controllers charge. It doesnt show them charging on my ps5 either. There is no reset button. And the device is 100% charged.

This wireless charger for the ps5 controller is good. The charger works great and keeps the controller charged as it should. I love the concept and design, its small enough to not be obtrusive while gaming but still packs a punch. It feels sturdy and durable and works well. The only problem is had was that the type c connector was bent when I opened the package. It may have been a QC problem because the box and packaging was intact and not damaged. Overall this was a great product, it feel like the quality control should be better.
