Review: 👍 - Excellent thanks Review: Avoid. Poor quality external box kit. - This kit looked promising, but I would recommend against buying it. Its not very strong, mine arrived warped, I wouldn't now trust it to seal and be watertight (see pic). The screws in the lid are not captive so if you're up a ladder and one drops you have lost it for sure. The lid screws are within the sealed area so can potentially allow leaks in, most external boxes the seal routes inside the lid screw areas. There are no metal inserts for the lid screws to go into, they just go into raw plastic. There are no less than 10 glands supplied, far too many for this size of box. But there are no gland gasket rings supplied! Another sealing failure. The wall fixing positions have rims around where you will drill holes but no rubber seals (bungs) to put over the screws to waterproof. The included hole cutter and terminal block is handy. There is rough finishing on many edges which will compromise the seals and are sharp. Its quite a large box, it would have been useful to take a radio controlled switch module and route out to lights, or a small CCTV power supply. I fit a lot external CCTV and lighting so I was interested to try this, but frankly your getting a very sub-standard box with a few cheap accessories. For £11 go to screw fix.
