Tasty desert, great price.
Dr. Oetker is a great brand and makes many items that we purchase and enjoy, this is just one of those items. My wife is German, so we bake a lot of Dr. Oetker cakes and deserts. These were fresh and very tasty. The seller was very quick to ship and we will use them again as needed. Great product at a great price

I used it for fruitcake and it turned out perfect. Easy to prepare and covers the fruits on the cake so they not only look good but also stay fresh for a few days on the cake.

Excellent product very clear and not cloudly like other gel/glaze products.
Quick shipping from Germany with excellent customer service. I remember the excellent bakery store fronts while stationed in Aschaffenburg Germany. Beautiful looking pies, cakes, rolls, breads and these amazing glass looking fruit pies with a cookie like crust. Well the glass look is actually a glaze/gel over the top of the fruit pie called tortenguss. As far as I am aware there are two types Klar which means clear and I am unsure of the name of the red tortenguss glaze/gel. My packets arrived in German, so I found an English translation. Translation: Mix 1 packet with 2 tablespoons of sugar in a pan. Add 250ml of water bit by bit until dissolved. Note: If you use juice from canned fruit add water to dilute. Bring to boil while stirring slowly. Pour over fruit immediately. Once again the supplier of my order shipped my order quick. My order arrived two week quicker than the estimated shipping arrival date. Thanks

Great product!
I use this clear glaze whenever I bake a mandarin pie! It is great! It keeps the mandarins on top of the pie moist! I highly recommend this product!
