This is the best car phone mount! I have known that for nearly a year and then it broke at the hinge that held the phone onto the arm and I was so sad. I decided to check into the company and see if they had a warranty on this car phone mount and tablet do indeed. A 3 year one! So I reached out to the company not thinking I would hear back anytime soon let alone at all. To my surprise they reached out to me on the next business day apologizing for my troubles and promptly told me to supply them with my address and order number and they would send a replacement straightaway. I got a tracking number the very same day and received a brand new car phone mount a couple of days later. Wow! Customer service at its finest. Now about this awesome holder. I loved it so much that I bought my two boys the same holder a week after I bought my first. The best place I found for my awesome phone holder was on the windshield on the left hand side stuck on the actual glass. The suction is fantastic. When it broke I hand to use quite a bit of pull to get it off the glass but it didn’t leave a mark or residue. I like how adjustable it is. Because the sun shines through and heats my phone up I positioned the arm so my phone is directly over the air conditioned vent helping to keep my phone cool. I am also able to still plug my phone in to charge it to. My favorite part is the button on the back that releases your phone. I bought a different one after this one broke and I hated it. To get my phone out I literally hand to use both hands and pull the tabs apart and in doing so in a week it stopped holding my phone altogether. That is welded i decided to check out this one’s warranty because I missed having it. This Vanmass phone holder is once again where it should be thanks to the awesome customer support and prompt service. Get this one. You won’t be disappointed.

This is just what I have been looking for!!! It is great! Mount is very strong! No movement on the mount! Phone stays in mount! We use it vertical and horizontal! Both ways it holds so great! I highly recommend this product. I needed a new base mount due to purchasing a new car. They are shipping me a free one since it was under warranty! So friendly and easy to deal with! 5 stars plus!!!! It is so versatile! The size and fit in my vehicle is great!!!

EDIT: Since the Vanmass vent clip didn't originally work too well on my 2012 Prius central vents (above the dashboard screen) on the initial tries (since the vent bar is thicker than normal vents), I tried the iOttie Easy One Touch 5 Air Vent Mount. The Vanmass vent clip is actually better than the iOttie one for my Prius! I like that the Vanmass clip opens up, vs the iOttie one you have to somewhat shove it onto the vent, which might damage your vent. After seeing how the iOttie vent clip worked, I tried opening the Vanmass vent clip as much as possible, then firmly pressing it onto the central Prius vent, and it actually fit with some force (I didn't want to try applying too much force initially, but it doesn't seem there are many good, affordable, vent mount options on the market for Priuses). The Vanmass car mount also supports itself better than the iOttie one, so your vent doesn't droop down as much from the weight (there will be some drooping, so you lose some vent-positioning functionality, but overall the Vanmass car vent mount makes the vent droop down less). It doesn't feel as secure on my central Prius vent as I'd like (you can still somewhat move the clip around the vent even though it's clasped), but it feels just as secure as the iOttie one did with less risk of damaging your vent. I'll have to do some test drives to see how it holds up over time. So overall, I would still recommend the Vanmass vent clip over iOttie. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The vent attachment clip was unfortunately too narrow to fit the vents of my 2012 Toyota Prius that are located above the central display. It may have worked better on the side vent near the car door, but I prefer to have the phone mounted on the central vent, which this vent clip was unfortunately unable to do. However, if you have standard vents of a regular thickness (unlike the central Prius vents, which are pretty thick), the vent attachment should work out great. I originally chose this vent clip because of the softer silicone in the clip, which prevents scratching your vent! I’ve read in reviews that if your dashboard is textured like in the 2012 Prius, the dashboard suction won’t adhere well. This product does include a separate, round, plastic pad that you can adhere to the dashboard to help out the suction cup. I personally haven’t tried the dashboard attachment method because I don’t want to risk damaging my dashboard with adhesive or the suction cup, but it is a nice option to have. I like how Vanmass includes vent, dashboard, and windshield attachment options all in one product! A lot of other competitors don’t seem to do that, which also initially attracted me to this product. You do need to close the phone mount clasps manually (in contrast to some other car phone mounts that automatically close when you place your phone in it), but this is a nice feature that I personally feel is safer (I wouldn’t want my fingers to get hit while placing my phone on a mount!) and reduces the risk of damaging your phone (I wouldn’t want the clasps to close quickly automatically onto my phone or phone case and damage it!). It’s a little noisy closing the clasps onto the phone, but when you press the release button, it opens the clasps very smoothly and nicely. Overall, I think the Vanmass phone car mount has a lot of potential, nice features, and provides a lot of different attachment methods that are wonderful to have, but it just wasn’t quite compatible with my Prius’s central vents where I wanted to use it. Customer service was excellent in helping me though. They said they didn’t have a product that would fit the thicker Prius vents, but they promptly replied to emails and helped me obtain a refund on my purchase. I’m very satisfied with the assistance I received! For this reason, I would not be afraid to try out any Vanmass product. If you’re unsure if a product will fit your car, it’s worth a shot to purchase it and test it out!

I live in the desert and take a lot of dirt roads, I also drive a FORD EXCURSION and so I have been looking for a phone holder that is actually stable, good quality, grips my phone without shaking or falling off of it and this has been a perfect fit. The installation was super easy, it comes with instructions if you’re not sure how to properly put it on your vehicle. I have the iPhone 14 Pro Max with a pretty thick case and this holds it wonderfully without dropping it or falling off and doesn’t shake it around like crazy . I did buy a separate 3 pack of sticky circle things on here and then stacked this phone holder onto it for extra stick as I live in Arizona, US and it gets super hot here

I’m editing my review. I was disappointed that this mount didn’t last but I was very impressed with Vanmass’ effort to correct it. They emailed me more than once—I missed their first email, so their second email, to me, showed they were very serious about their customer service. They let me know the material the manufacturer used for the part that broke was the wrong kind and they wanted to send me two replacements (even after I let them know one is fine) by expedited shipping. I didn’t expect any kind of response. I liked the mount a lot and was disappointed when it broke. I appreciated not only their follow up with me but also with the manufacturer to correct the problem part. Oh, and their claim that it has the strongest suction? Very true. That mount won’t budge until you want it to. ******** It has very strong suction, did a great job of holding my phone. I mounted it on top on the dashboard, under the rear view mirror. Maybe it was a bad place to put it, because it did get hit with a lot of sun. Still, it stayed there for about 9-10 months before the neck that attaches to the phone holder snapped. The plastic weakened and gave out one day.

Customer service was great. I had a problem and they were very quick to respond and help me. They are consistently striving to make a quality product for a reasonable price. They pay attention and take action to improve their products where needed. The extension arms allow for better placing in a car without causing blind spots to the driver. You can maneuver into many positions, and the button for tightening and releasing is easy to get phone in and out of it. Never had an issue with my phone falling out, and am able to position it safely for driving.

Spent extra for a well reviewed phone holder which completely shattered a little more than a year after I bought it. It then snapped a piece of my dashboard off as I was trying to remove it! Super not happy right now. UPDATE: Customer support is awesome. They asked how they could fix this. And while I have no idea what it's going to take to replace my dashboard, I did agree it was a good product and they sent me another one. But the original unit still broke after a little more than a year of use, which means I can't give really give it 5 stars. ADDITIONAL UPDATE: The company assures me that this was a defect in a batch of products that has been addressed. Unfortunately, it looks like the cost of repairing my dash is around $1000 I would also like to add that if you ever want to remove this product, don't try to use force as I did, simply take some alcohol or hand sanitizer and slowly work it into the seam as you pry it up.

My previous phone mount was by MPOW and stayed with me for 3 years until I upgraded to S23 ultra. It started failing to hold this big sized phone and I knew I had to upgrade. VANMASS is an excellent choice. It feels premium and definitely heavy grade for a phone like mine. The adjustable arms are so smooth to operate. Phone doesn't shake at all. Easy to install with video direction. Cherry on top : EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE BRAND.

Material selection and finish are top. Suction Cup not yet tested. The cup still looks a lot more professional than even RAM suction cups. Do not use the Air Vent Holder with heavier handy like GPS phones. Will cause damage to the vent wing adjustment system.
