Love this griddle
Heavy cast iron gives a restaurant grilled quality to steaks, chicken et al without the char from flare ups. Fits my Weber Platinum grill perfectly leaving half the space for one grate. I’ve grilled steaks, home fries, chicken, chuck roast. All came out fantastic. Well worth the money. Make sure to season it according to directions, helps to create a non stick surface.

Good, but probably not for stovetop
So I'm using this on my stove top. We have a glass top electric stove, but as far as I could tell, this should be able to work okay. Thus far, I've tried it with burgers and pancakes in hoped I could replace my electric griddle and recreate the feeling of the restaurant griddle I used to use at work, but alas, this doesn't heat all that evenly on stove top. I've having to rotate everything while I cook so it gets heated evenly, and space it around the center where all the heat is coming from the burner it's covering. I think it's doing good still, the food tastes great, but I'm not replacing my electric griddle with it.

Love this for the flat griddle
Love this product and just leaving a review now. We’ve been using for quite a while now and love it. We are in need a new grill and Weber changed the placement of griddles to be split 3/4 and 1/4 so hopefully we will find full replacements of this same product to keep it half and half.
