What's infuriating is that when I confirmed it was unusable and requested a return again following the procedure, they refused me once more. sizing is incorrect
size is incorrect need 3 sizes bigger not consistent with size chart

Poor quality materials causing major failure points
Strap adjustment buckles rely on friction to keep the straps in place. But they're made out of soft metal that will warp and stop working. I only weigh 140 pounds.

Straps broke within one week of daily use. (My weight is 75 kg). Extremely poor quality and design.
