Threshold Delivery Only - So be ready to move it yourself.
The item is as expected. But be warned that the item will only be delivered to inside your threshold of the door. So be prepared to move around 250lbs after it has been delivered. My wife could not move the item when it was delivered to our house.

So much nicer than an acrylic shower base!
This shower base is really beautiful! The delivery was top notch! The only thing it had a dirty surface when we opened it. The plumber was worried it wouldn’t come off, so before he installed it he wanted me to make sure it would come clean. It did come clean and was fine.

Warning very heavy. They charge for return
Warning to DoIt Yourself installers. This unit is very heavy, especially if installing in tight area. I didn’t see weight, that should be clearly stated and not hidden in specification sheet. This is not a normal weight and will pose difficulty for install. After multiple calls they finally intercepted and cancelled my order for $150.00. After cancelling, days later Estes freight is calling me that they have delivery. Hidden fee, and too heavy. Not good customer service. I found another unit half weight and half price and designed for heavy duty use.
