Easy setup, great picture quality, sound in two way communication is easy to understand. Generally good camera. Motion sensor on mine was faulty, kept getting notifications constantly during the night but no movement occurring.

The camera was a pain to set up. If your not used to changing settings on router then avoid this camera. Once you manage to get it connected. It keeps freezing when trying to view its livestream. The camera is very close to my router and still has problems. Save your money and buy another that a dual band connection..!

Swann cameras, their customer “support” and most importantly the app are quite literally the worst products and consumer experience I have ever had the misfortune to waste money on and endure in my life. 18 months of endless problems, resets, re-pairing, app changes, app updates. Complete and utter garbage. I couldn’t even sell them as the buyer couldn’t get them to connect and brought them back! I’ve since smashed them all up with a sledgehammer to get a little satisfaction back. AVOID.

Don't like this one bit thd camera picture is awful

Had a problem pairing the camera until I found out the app froze on my iphone8,deleted the app and reinstalled and in 30 seconds it paired no fault of the camera now it works great and looks good

Purchased with the main purpose being to check up on the pets when away from home travelling.Does all it claims to do, very happy with it. Could do with a better speaker on the camera.

Doesn't work through glass, no mention of that limitation anywhere. Keeps dropping out. Sometimes can't find camera. Image quality is good.

I like it everything works , night version, motion detection , text alerts I love how easy it is to set up , search for the video playback on the phone app is my favorite feature besides spooking the heck out of my hubby when I speak thru to him thru the camera app for the first time now that was priceless
