Awesome
This is a great product. Compared to standard functional trainer bars with just the connection points on each end, this bar feels so much more like a normal barbell on exercises such as shoulder presses. The strap make all the difference in the world. Worth every penny compared to a standard straight bar.

Best bar!
Have other Body Solid equipment and never disappointed. This is a great addition for our Free Motion cable cross, have used it already and price was super reasonable. You can use for lat pull, chest press, rows, dead lift, single hook for strait pulls or over shoulder work with one end hooked.Even comes with a wrench for simple attachment of hooks. Love this piece of equipment!

THe unit works as stated. The assembly was a little on the tedious side but for a great machine, well worth the 4-5hrs.The collars on the top of the guide bars are plastic and they are really easy to strip out with the provided hex heads.Only comes with both single hand grips. Other attachements are reasonably priced. 30-60$If you assemble the product correctly, it really is a sturdy unit. Just follow the directions and you'll be hit the gym in no time.

I bought this for my Bowflex revolution. It works great and gives me a lot more options.

The end of the bars, the material is slowly ripping apart only after two weeks.

Worth every penny
Very happy with purchase. Not only is the item built well but it filled all the inadequacies that the functional trainer has when training the lower body. Squats, dead lifts, bent over rows and shoulder presses are now done with the same feeling of a barbell. For the price you won't find any other bar that does what this bar does.

Needs revising
It does what it should. It's great for squats and bench press on a cable machine, but that's literally all its good for. If a hole could be drilled about 2 inches from the end on both sides, it could be used for dead lifts. As it is, it's just too long even at the farthest hook for dead lifts, as you are 30% upright before the cables start to move. Maybe if you are 6'10 or taller OT will work for DL.
