Went for a March ride this weekend and noticed a lack of buffeting now that this is installed. The manufacturer used a black plastic of the same texture as the parts original to the bike. So it looks like it belongs. Only minor issue is that the four hold down screws are stainless steel colored, not black anodized.

The front 2 screws pulled right through the plastic, I added 2 washers to each front screw to sandwich the plastic so it could be tightened properly. you'd think the manufacturer could figure that out and include 4 washers for the price. Whether it actually reduces any wind is yet to be seen as it's pissin rain outside.

Works great, not sure why all the people leaving poor feedback can’t understand why a 2016-2017 Africa Twin air deflector doesn’t fit their 2018 model.

It doesn’t look the same as the other plastic on the motor bike. And the holes on one side don’t line up so it had to be bent to fit it and now it doesn’t sit flat. But I think it does work though. I can now ride with my visor open. I also think that the lack of air flow has now upset the air temperature gauge on the bike.

Do not waste your money, it’s made in China and doesn’t fit the bike. The seller will be of no use to you as well, you will have to pay for return shipping. I got ripped off and they knew they were selling a bunk product. Don’t make my mistake.

This is not a molded, polished product but instead just flat plastic that is cut properly for the bike. The cuts are good and fit the stock bike trim properly. I ding it a star since the mounting hardware doesn't match the bike and the stock hardware cannot be used. It would be better if the manufacturer offered hardware similar to the original or better yet, mold it so the original hardware can be used. Still, the plastic blends well with the opening and so works good enough.I am 6'3" and riding a 2017 Africa Twin with the stock windshield. I can now ride at all speeds with the visor open and without buffeting.

Seems to really help the buffeting. Took a while to receive, but that was understood up front.
