Porcini Mushroom Powder

This is delicious. I add it to pretty much everything I make. It’s in my pasta sauces, spice rubs, marinades.....I even have a salad dressing that I add this too. A little bit goes a long way, so I’ve had this one jar forever even though I use it multiple times per week. I love it and will definitely be buying again when I run out.

Very intense aroma, do not breath deeply. Very potent stuff. I'll be using it with Portabella powder and other stuff for hamburger seasoning. More dense than the Portabella powder.

I used this in a rub for a rib eye steak recipe by Mario Batali and it was excellent. My daughter absolutely loved the flavor.

Good stuff. Easy substitute for the whole mushroom.

Economical, should be good using it on my steaks, when the weather gets warmer. I also ordered their portabella powder.

Tastes like dirt. I don't know why this makes a difference. Fresh mushrooms seem to give a better flavor. :(
