These cookies are very tasty! I occasionally have digestive problems, and these cookies help to settle my stomach, especially when I have little appetite for most food. They have a chewy, puffy texture that is super satisfying, and are perfect companions for coffee or tea. These cookies are authentic polish gingerbread cookies - the real deal.

Nowhere in the product description does it indicate these cookies are flavored with mint. I love Polish gingerbread. When I tasted one of these cookies, I was so disappointed and couldn’t figure out what that “off” taste was. I read the list of ingredients in English, and saw mint on the panel and realized that was the “off” taste. I can’t imagine one liking these even if one likes mint. They are awful, and cannot be returned.A true waste of $15.00.

The media could not be loaded.  I was so excited to get these cookies. I've been craving Polish Gingerbread cookies for a while now. At first sight, I'm not going to lie, they were not what I expected but looks can be deceiving. Slowly I tore the bag open gently to recieve the initial scent of the heavenly goodness inside and my heart deflated...... told myself "give it a chance girl".I followed by taking the first bite and was saddened to find myself in a stale state. Literally the cookies are stale. Reasoning with myself that international importing is unpredictable these days and perhaps that had something to do with it......... I flipped the bag over to see if there was a production date and my heart broke even more with an expiration date of 12/2021. Not only that but these cookies retail for $1.49 +tax a bag and I was charged a whopping 14.99 for 3 small bags. (Shaking my head). The least you can do is take off your retail sticker so your customers don't feel like they got robbed. I will never purchase from this store again.

So, we got these in a Universal yums box and liked them enough to buy more. They have a weirdly enjoyable tough texture for a cookie. But we liked them. Probably not for everybody. The gingerbread flavor is very mild.

I like them but they are not as delicious as the ones bought in Poland.

These were recommended to me by a Polish woman. They are softer on the inside than I was expecting and very delicious.

I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews but I was very disappointed in these. I’ve tried a gingerbread with mint icing in a Universal Yums box and it was so unique and tasty. I was hoping these were similar. But these are really dense, almost bread like, and I don’t taste either gingerbread or mint. The only positives are that they arrived quickly and weren’t a waste of too much money. Won’t be buying again, probably won’t even eat these. I’ll have to keep searching I guess.
