I recently started taking creatine and I’m already almost done with this bottle, which says a lot. I’ve definitely noticed an increase in my energy during workouts, and overall I feel like I have a bit more endurance. From what I understand, creatine monohydrate is one of the most researched supplements for improving strength, performance, and muscle recovery, so I wanted something simple and reliable—and this does the job. I like that it’s in capsule form instead of powder (no mixing or taste to deal with), but I will say the capsules are on the larger side. You also have to take two capsules twice a day with meals, so just keep that in mind if you don’t love swallowing pills.

This is a solid creatine supplement from a brand with a good reputation. The capsules are convenient if you don't like mixing powders, and they're easy to take when you're traveling or on the go. That said, I think there are better options available, especially if you're looking for value. Since each serving requires multiple capsules, it can become less convenient over time. I eventually switched to creatine monohydrate powder, which is more cost effective and just as easy to use. Overall, the product works as expected and the quality is good. If you specifically want capsules, this is a reliable choice. If you're open to powder, there are better values available.

I always felt like an overall bloated feeling whenever I would do the powders but this stuff is great! The pills are almost on the larger side but they’re not hard to swallow and I don’t get the bloated feeling at all! As always, make sure you stay hydrated!

Hands down the best value for me. I always buy it when it's on sale. I've been taking this creatine for well over 2 years now. For me, I have no negative digestive effects. It doesn't taste like anything so that's a bonus, and since it comes in pill form, all you have to do is worry about swallowing it. I am 210lbs, 5'11, around 12% body fat, and I take 20g of creatine a day, not just for muscle benefits, but also cognitive benefits as well. With that being said, I do have to take a lot of these pills in the morning because 2 of the pills = 5g. If I could change anything about it, I wish one capsule would be equal to 5g as that is the standard dose that most people should be taking on a daily basis, regardless if they lift or not. Creatine is one of the few supplements in the world with decades of research and literally zero negatives. Just buy it.

Switching to these capsules completely removes any issues with mixability and solubility because you just swallow them with water. There is absolutely no chalky taste or unpleasant odor to deal with which makes it much easier to stay consistent with your daily routine. The effectiveness is outstanding and it delivers noticeable support for gym performance and strength. Best of all, it has caused zero negative digestive effects or stomach discomfort unlike some traditional powders. If you want a clean, simple, and effective supplement routine, this product is highly recommended.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve used Optimum Nutrition’s creatine powder in the past, and while it worked well, I always found it difficult to mix completely and not the most enjoyable to drink. These capsules are so much more convenient. They’re easy to take, especially when I’m on the go, and I don’t have to worry about measuring, mixing, or dealing with any gritty texture. The capsules are easy to swallow, and they’ve made it much easier for me to stay consistent with my daily creatine. If you’re looking for a simple, hassle-free way to take creatine, I definitely recommend giving these a try.
