is this product good for gel x ?

I have used this with gel x yes. But now that my nails are growing out I just use it as a strengthening coat!

can i just use to strengthen natural nails and do I need to apply something before it?

I would use something under it. I didn't and it just peeled off.

Should I cure after base coat? And after first coat? How long with LED?

I put the base coat on. Cured it for like a minute. Put a thin layer of the builder on as a slip then then a bigger drop and spread it side to side. Then flipped my finger over for a few to get the perfect apex. I even turned the light upside down for the first 20-30 seconds of curing. Then flipped over like normal and cured for probably a total of 1 1/2minutes!
