Little Bulky
For all intents and purposes, it does a great job for wrist support. It is just like any other squishy memory foam cushion you may have seen before. I use it for work, and it comes with a board kind of part where the keyboard would sit. Inherently there is nothing wrong with that, but it's almost twice the length of my actual keyboard so I wasn't quite prepared with my desk space. It also protrudes from the desk enough to be a significant difference with the rest of the level desk.Ergonomically, it could have been a little smaller and maybe just not come with the black board. I give it a good rating overall still because its sturdy, durable, and well made. The cushion has not shown any sign of wear after months of using it for my desk job at home. If you have enough room for it on a desk than it surely is reliable as a daily product.

Decent keyboard platform, cushion is a bit too plump in my opinion.
The wrist wrest cushion is a little more plump than it needs to be, otherwise it gets the job done.

Flimsy
Unfortunately it’s rather flimsy.

Very Good. 5 years and still in use 5 days a week.
I gave this product 5 stars because even though I have some issues with it, I've had it for over 5 years and still use it at work every day. So it must be doing something right. I spend a lot of time on my keyboard at work and 5 years later it is still there. A little squashed and worn but I certainly got my money out of it. I like how soft the foam padding is. The harder gel, foam, and bean bag pads are not comfortable for me. This foam is pillow soft, super comfy, covered by a silky, stretchy fabric, and provides just the right amount of support. My two issues are minor but I'd prefer it not have the angled split in the middle and the fabric covering has let go at some of the edges, kind of like the fabric on your vehicles ceiling liner.

Works like a champ.
I purchased this after a wrist injury to help support my mouse hand (if you can picture that!). It fits perfectly in my keyboard drawer, with the mouse pad next to the keyboard. I was worried as to whether it would work after reading some reviews about the gap in the center. with a normal keyboard and mouse on the right setup, the gap is not an issue! It falls at the "insert, Home, Page up" and arrow keys are. During normal typing, I almost never use those keys, and when I do I would be lifting up my hand to reach them anyway. When using the number pad on the right side of the keyboard my wrist is on the other side of the gap. My only issue is with the base, while it is fairly strong and stiff, it is slippery. The bottom has foam pads that keep it from moving on the keyboard drawer, but I had to put some tape under my keyboard pads to keep it from sliding around.

A keyboarding help-mate
Those of us who spend many hours every day at a computer appreciate comfort, especially when the comfort seems effortless. That's what the Kensington Wrist Pillow provides. It does its job without calling attention to itself. Besides wrist comfort -- for lefties and righties alike -- this wrist rest is wide-format, and that feature allows an user to place the keyboard and open mousing area so it's suitable. I like the mouse on the left, while others like it on the right. Either way, it works with ease. Another feature of this Kensington model is that it has several anti-skid circles (for lack of a better term) on the base, so the whole device stays put while in use on a desk or other such surface. It has no tendency to slide or jiggle away while you're using it. In all, the Kensington Wrist Pillow does its job and offers good value.

Unusual use on lap & it's great!
I'm stuck in a hospital bed and must type from my lap. I'm a writer, so it's vital that the keyboard and mouse fit and the tray is strong enough for my abuse. I love it!
