Miniature through holes
Small through holes Doesn't fit breadboards Almost unusable

They function OK, but the separation between the pin ...
They function OK, but the separation between the pin rows is not a multiple of 0.1". making them impossible to use in a standard breadboard.

Does not fit breadboard or protoboard
As commented by others - this board is too wide to be put into a breadboard or protoboard. Using the supplied header pins with direct jumper connections it worked correctly. If you don't need a prototype board for testing/operation, it should work fine.

Excellent quality logic level converter that I used in nearly every project these days. I have had some of these running full-time for almost half a year with no problem at all.

Breadboard and PCB Incompatible
Likely work, but impossible to use in any practical situation due to terrible pin spacing. PCB standard low quality (sharp edges, cheap material, as expected). Will not buy again.
