I have at present only used my bottle carrier once and it was fab! You do need to have it tight round your waist to stop it bouncing around though!

Fits well and nice storage of the side pocket. Bottle bounces around though when full and keeps hitting your back with every stride you take when running. I do not use it anymore

Essential kit
I bought this product specifically for my long runs, it needed to be comfortable, have a bottle that was easy to access, not going to jar \ rub against my back, have straps that don't need to be continually adjusted and also had a pouch for gels and stuff. I've used this product loads now and it is very comfortable, hasn't frayed or showed signs of wearing, hasn't caused irritation, or needed to be continually adjusted when running with a full bottle. All in all an excellent choice when choosing a running bottle and belt.
