Purchased this because our Logitech Conference Camera did not provide enough zoom levels and it worked quite well initially. The speakerphone started producing distorted audio after 2 months. TONGVEO support was contacted and we quickly went through a series of troubleshooting. A speakerphone replacement was determined and arrived within 2 days. Overall the experience was good.

I used the IP output with RTSP for a remote education class. The AI auto-tracking followed me around the lab. 20x zoom allowed close‑ups of equipment. H.265 encoding saved bandwidth. The speakerphone picked up my voice even when I turned away.

Auf der Suche nach einem Upgrade für meine Vorlesungen als Dozent bin ich auf diese professionelle Kamera gestoßen. Der Lieferumfang ist sehr groß. Man bekommt die Kamera, die Bluetooth Sprechanlage, eine Fernbedienung sowie diverse Kabel und eine Bedienungsanleitung. Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach. Man steckt die Kamera an den Computer 💻 an, dann wird sie sofort erkannt und kann in MS Teams/Zoom verwendet werden. Die Sprechanlage hat einen verbauten 8000mAh Akku 🔋 und kann bspw. kabellos per Bluetooth, via mitgeliefertem USB Dongle (in PC einstecken) oder via Kabel verbunden werden. Danach kann man das Audiogerät direkt in Windows verwenden zur Wiedergabe und als Eingabegerät verwenden. Die Bildqualität ist richtig gut. Dank 1080p 60fps sieht das Bild klar und sehr flüssig aus. Bewegt man die Kamera via Fernbedienung so wirken die Schwenker auch flüssig. Die Beleuchtung ist sehr gut und man kann auch gut zoomen. Dank Weitwinkel sieht man im Meeting auch viel ohne dass man die Kamera bewegen muss. Die Audioqualität 🔉 ist ebenfalls richtig gut, das Gerät ist für Konferenzen/Meetings wirklich gut geeignet.

Für unseren Konferenzraum waren wir auf der Suche nach einem moderneren Equipment. Die Wahl fiel auf dieses System, da hier alles dabei war: Das Mikrofon ist frei im Raum positionierbar und enthält auch einen Lautsprecher. Sinniger Weise wird es auf einem Tisch positioniert, dann können sich alle Beteiligten drum herum gruppieren. Es sind mehrere Mikrofone verbaut, bei den ersten Gesprächen mit Kunden wurde uns bestätigt, dass auch bei mehreren Personen im Raum die Stimmen gut aufgenommen werden. Das Mikrofon kann wahlweise per Bluetooth/ Dongle oder USB Kabel mit der Kamera verbunden werden. Insbesondere Bluetooth macht es so sehr flexibel. Die Kamera ist das eigentliche Herzstück und lässt sich justieren. Eine Wandhalterung ist mit dabei, so kann sie überall installiert werden. Idealer weise wird sie unter/ über den Monitor installiert, denn da guckt man bei einer Videokonferenz ja hin und "sieht" dem anderen Teilnehmer so direkt an. Die Auflösung ist sehr gut und die Installation/ Inbetriebnahme war einfach. Dabei ist noch eine Fernbedienung mit den wichtigsten Funktionen.
