Metal started rusting within a month of use. I really liked the unit though so I bought some spray-on plasti-dip and applied several coats top and bottom. Problem solved and it made it better in my opinion. The drip tray could also use a bit more angle to facilitate draining, I added some shims under one side to do that.The unit is kind of tall, so make sure you'll clear your cabinets when putting a dinner plate into the upper tray.

We received the one with broken bottom... it was a gift for a friend ... and I felt embarrassed...returned it immediately... but design is good... build looks poor... not very heavy I wonder how it would have held so many utensils
