What to say about these seeds simply healthy and dietary diet. Reduces cholesterol level in body. Have a vegetarian diet daily. Have a sufficient amount of protein to keep you started and healthy. Contain less carbohydrate then any other in this price range grains and soluble as well.Best when dissolved in milk and then comsumed. Reduces serum cholesterol level as described as i have checked it personally. Got it in a decent price.

To fellow shoppers , Caution ! These oats are quite old or not stored properly before packing. I can see visible string like a spider-web inside these. I have seen them before in homemade Dakota when we stock it for a longer duration. (I should call it sort of fungus, I will post pictures soon. So if you looking for whole oats stear away from this brand. Quacker whole oats were good as I used them and also since there sale volume is high you will likely get more fresh product . No hope of can return this product or I will go by process of cleaning them and sundry them.No way I am going to through it away.In short , don't go for it steer away !!!

The quality is going from bad to worse. We have been ordering urban planter's rolled oats since long now, initially the quality was too good, but now its really sad. From a whole mouth feel grains, its powdery now. After cooking it becomes like paste. Where as i cook for lesser time then before to control the firmness. It taste also yuck.The saddest part is we ordered 2 kgs, and the product was bad , and its non returnable hence calmly I ordered more 2 kgs in 3days. It's the same powdery , useless and annoying. Waste of money... 540rs 2kgs, twice.

Found bugs in the jar. Very disappointed. Some of bugs are trying to fly. Omg !

It looks like quaker oats this time. My husband used to order products from this brand regularly, and even the whole oats once, but this delivery has completely disappointed us in this product from this brand, and we will never buy it again. Please dont buy this product if you are looking to buy and consume whole oats, because this is very close to quaker oats, and the cooked product looks and feels just like gloopy blade cut oats.

I have been ordering ur an platter rolled oats for long time now... I increased the quantity because this used to my breakfast option.... This time the product I received it really bad... It has more powdered and crushed oats and I can't even return the product

Unlike other brands which give powdered oats mixed with rolled oats, these are pure whole oats. The porridge cooked with good texture and taste.

Theses are pathetic, don’t soak well. After cooking also they have really funny texture. Very hard. Difficult to chew
