Cremo Silver Water & Birch Travel Friendly Solid Cologne, A Crisp Scent with Notes of Forest Moss, Lavender and White Birch, 45 Oz

I've been looking into solid colognes for a while. I really like the concept. Apply discreetly, a tin will last a long time, durable (no glass to drop and shatter), travel friendly, and perhaps most importantly - just the right amount of projection. I like to smell good, but I don't want to announce my fragrance choice when I walk into a room. I have friends who wear their colognes "loud & proud" and I enjoy (most) of their fragrance choices. But in my line of work I need to be aware of those who have fragrance sensitivities. Solid colognes and cologne oils don't typically project as much as alcohol-based scents, and for me, that's a good thing.I've been using Cremo shave products for a while and for $15 I thought, "Sure, I'll try it." Packaging is nice, the tin appears to be durable, and the product is really easy to apply. As far as the scent - it's just very, very pleasant. Warm spices at the top, moving into a bourbon accord (it really smells more like cognac to me), and a bit of that smoked oak shows up towards the end. It's not really what I would call a "boozy" scent though. The entire composition is ultimately a warm, slightly spicy, and very easy to wear fragrance in terms of overall scent. By easy to wear, I mean that you probably aren't going to offend anyone with this cologne. Suitable for the office, date night, or just running errands. I don't think this is the kind of fragrance you wear to make a major statement. Instead, when someone gets close to you they'll probably think, "Smells nice." It's not brash or pretentious.All in all, if you like these fragrance notes, this is certainly worth the money. I can still smell it on my wrist after 8 hours so it does have some staying power. I don't think it smells cheap either. It's a well-rounded scent that I'm enjoying more than I thought I would. Again, if you're looking to make a statement with your fragrance, then this may not be the right choice for you. But if you're looking for a warm and manly scent - and if you like the concept of a solid cologne, this is definitely worth checking out.

#Pros:- I tried 2 of these, the Bourbon & Oak and the Bergamot & Musk, mainly to compliment my two signature scents. And these are one of the best unique scents you can buy.It smells premium, for lack of a better word. Keep in mind that these shouldn't replace your primary cologne but compliment your prominent scent throughout the day. Or at least that's what I use them for.So ignore all those bad reviews; they have an awful taste, so everything smells the same to them, but it's not. Both my purchases smell great. I use them alone sometimes without grabbing my main cologne.- Long-lasting scent. Like seriously long-lasting, it's unbelievable. I dabbed it on a few pulse points halfway through my shift, and 5-7 hours later, I could still sniff it!- Doesn't smell too strong when applied, which I like. It's more like a refined, lingering scent. But it lasts twice as long vs. the spray bottles for some reason. So in case you are eyeing the spray bottles, skip them and grab these instead.- Less than $15 bucks is a great value vs. other solid it. And these tin boxes last a very long time, like months upward to a year, depending on your usage.- Small container. Travel friendly. Front pocket friendly. It's discreet to dab it here and there when you need it the most when out and about. It's a real confidence booster!#Cons:- When the product is about to run out, it feels like you have to rub a lot to get the same amount as the beginning. So that's my only con. Maybe it's just me.- Careful for any hot environment; it melts the wax.

This review is for the bergamot and musk “flavor”. This is a pleasant citrusy cologne that works for me in the summer. It’s not an earth-shaking complex scent, but it is very well priced and does a nice job. It certainly outperforms solid colognes with the same basic scent profile that run two and three times the cost (I’m looking at you Duke Cannon!).It goes on citrusy and a bit floral. I used to import bergamot oil, and this has some of the characteristic of that specific flowery citrus, but I’m pretty sure there is other citrus scents in the blend - a lot of lime I think. The citrus smooths out and in an hour or so after I wear it the musk comes in. It’s more of an amber scent, with a light musk and some woody tones. This is not a heavy musk based scent and for me, that’s good.The longevity is not bad. On a hot summer day I found a light application stayed with me three or four hours, and the solid format makes it easy to reapply. If I had any complaint, it would be the initial citrus note is strong and pretty generic- not quite like a cleaning product but a bit close. That mellows out tho and overall I like this product and I’m going to try their other scents.Reference: I’m an experienced user/blender of scents and oils and while now retired, I have owned a business that imported and wholesaled essential oil. I’m told I have a pretty good “nose”. Yes, scent is deeply personal and subjective, but this review captures my best assessment of this product. I’m really enjoying this solid cologne. It’s fresh and citrusy. The scent lasts for hours unlike so many other solid colognes that I have tried.

Smelled good

Cremo tiene grandes productos este no es uno de ellos silver water & birch no es su mejor fragancia al menos no en esta colonia solida, recientemente probe un body wash Seagrass & Driftwood ese resultó de lo mejor que han sacado, en esta ocasión su colonia no fue lo mejor no es desagradable, es portátil pero es un aroma bahhh...

Esta loción superó las expectativas, si tuviste prisa y no hubo manera de ponerte tu loción este producto es adecuado. El aroma es delicioso y fresco, su duración es de 4-5 horas aproximadamente no es tan fuerte pero si se llega a notar el aroma si se encuentran cerca de ti. Es una buena compra por el precio y la forma en que rinde.

This legit smells like bad bar soap. I bought the No.10 “silver water & birch”. The smell is not classy by any means nor would you want to wear this on a date. At best this would cover up a bit of stink if someone didn’t shower for a few days. I guess that’s what you get for buying something without being able to smell it first. Ps. Spray cologne smell lasts way longer than this.
