Koh Gen DoMaifanshi Moisture Foundation

I was so eager to try this as I have watched many reviews on IG. It felt like a skin treatment and my face felt so good after wearing it. Only negative (for me anyway) was the coverage was too sheer. They do not claim this as having full coverage.

I discovered this foundation when I went to Tokyo. As someone with dry and sensitive skin, it's a constant battle to find a foundation or cream that I can wear all day without my skin being sucked dry or breaking out. This product keeps my skin moisturized and lasts for hours without looking cakey or oily. It feels like a CC cream. The coverage is light to medium, but you can layer a little bit on trouble spots to get a fuller coverage and it looks and feels natural. I love it. The shade I use is #123 Warm Medium, which is close to MAC Studio Fix Fluid Foundation NW22.

I have tried about 100 different foundations and I was watching a YouTube tutorial and decided to try this. It’s amazing!!!! It’s worth the money for me to find a product that’s easy to match my skin and it feels so good on. I highly recommend!!

I bought samples from kohgendo's website to find my color--and to make sure it wouldn't irritate, it's expensive stuff to make a mistake. It's really great makeup, even on my 'mature' skin. Doesn't look cakey or irritate at all, which is a problem for me. It virtually disappears, but makes my skin look good.Another nice thing is that they don't animal test. The product is made in Japan.

I have used KGD products for about 8 years, still the best foundation I’ve ever used. It is light, applies easily and is buildable. This foundation reflects light beautifully, helps my mature skin look amazing.
