Missing gears
The picture this seller uses clearly shows the gearing that is on these motors. There are even graphics pointing to the gears. Maybe the label means "not included". Not sure, since this seller isn't responding to my emails trying to find out if I had received a defective batch or if I could acquire the missing parts. It will take some custom work involving cutting and modifying the housing to be able to interface to these motors. I was hoping to save some time with these but obviously It will be easier to buy the bare motors elsewhere and build the worm gears from my own kits. Don't waste your time, as this seller won't respond. Apparently they have no interest in customer service. Returning.

items not as pictured, defective factory rejects ?
items were different than pictured.I bought these type of miniature gearboxes before, and they were very fine gearboxes.These ones I received, however, seem to be factory rejects.defective units. Most of them have improper tolerances, the gears are clicking, ticking, some are out of round, and out of a dozen , two were not running at all.Very disappointed because I expected the items that I had previously ordered which was excellent.
